First that nothing, regards.
I have been trying to accede to Yugorting page On having given him to register, suddenly a message is created saying that I cannot accede due to IP's block, if there exists a Proxy or a program that me could solve this serious problem, Thanks and regards to all. |

Now we know about why everypeople cann't register in yo jp. i have a friend in jp. and he is come in my country. he is translate jp languge for me. he tell that It can register only in japan. foreign country is not register. That why. Everypeople cann't register in another country. We tell my friend that when he go back to jp. Please register to me. 2 ID. That is bester. |
