julian here is a member of the agency. for the past ten years he has been their resident spnge, normally used in interrogatiosn because it is impossible to lie to him. he is sometimes sent off on missions where agents have a hard time getting close to their targets, often to increase their dossier. he works as a private eye on the side of things to make some extra cash and as an alabi, but for the most part this guy joined the agency just to have something to do with his gift that didn't make him feel like he was simply being used. as of late, he has been a double agent, working on both sides, namely to gain as much information as possible for the renegades. these days, the agency isn't high on julian's good list. but the real reason he is doing all of this is for the girl named tabitha. his beauty. the one girl to ever capture his heart completely and truly. there isn't much that he wouldn't do for her, and he is on the fast track to doing just about anything to gain her trust once more.<p> basically his needs are wide open. friends and enemies should be in heavy supply. he should also have a lot of past flings, but keep in mind he would have dropped them quick, unable to get over tabitha.
