newsflash,,

okie dokie so after a long and thoughful chat between mienkie and myself we have decided that we are going to do the elites in a different way instead of people signing up and claiming a spot as an elite like that. instead you wont be able to do that anymore. we have decided that the admins, meaning mienkie and myself will be hand picking the elites during the course of the role play and the people that are chosen will be pmed ( in character ) and they can accept or decline. meaning if your already registered then we are going to be demoting you back to being a popular. sorry we just think it's alot more fair like this. then how people were joining and what not.
