Step 01 > Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid color > #FFFFFF

Step 02 > Layer > New Adjustments > Color Balance
Midtones: 8 -2 -3
Shadows: -13 9 17
Higlights: -22 5 22

Step 03 > Layer > New Adjustments > Selective coloring
Reds: -100 0 100 10
Yellows: -100 -100 -100 0
Neutrals: 22 -3 -5 -2

Step 04 > Layer > New Adjustments > Selective coloring
Reds: -33 0 0 0
Neutrals: -34 0 0 41
