Welcome to Trapped! You can get your code for your character's application here! You must wait until your application is approved before posting anywhere else on the site other than the General OOC boards.

Obviously the application will change for people not in Abstergo's Animus program, like people who actually work there, or assassins not under the influence of the Templar's powers, or the people of the 12th and 15th-16th centuries inside the animus, so just try and change the application to fit your character's needs. However, the general information should still be there.

Just copy and paste the code onto a separate thread with the subject being "LAST NAME, FIRST NAME".

Please keep in mind that plagiarism is simply not allowed. If you are caught doing so, you will be banned. So please keep everything in your own words as best as possible.

What is my SID number?

Your Subject Identification Number, also known as SID, is your permanent ID number when you are entered into the Abstergo database (people outside of Abstergo's influence will not have one of these- unless they have already been in Abstergo's database). These are different from something like "Subject 16". It is the number that goes on your file, and will always be used to identify you. All Abstergo employees and Animus subjects will be assigned one. Abstergo technicians will refer to your number when making official notes or talking about you. Ancestors entered in the database all have numbers. Early subjects and early ancestors are given lower numbers, vica versa for the later subjects/ancestors.

STATS SID #; for Abstergo admin use only; 8 digit number unique to each subject/ancestor. Subject name; name of your character Gender; male or female Age; approx. or exact age of character Affiliation; (see the side bar for available affiliations) Nationality; character's place of origin Height; character's height (in feet and inches) Weight; character's weight (in pounds) Eye color; character's eye color Hair color; character's original hair color Occupation; character's original occupation before being brought to Abstergo, and/or occupation within the animus. Sexual Orientation; character's sexual orientation Era; era in which character lives/will be sent to (modern day-21st century for those not entering the animus, and either 12th or 16th for those who will be stuck in, or currently live in that time period). SKILLS Here is where your character's skill sets go. If your character is one of Abstergo's subjects (whether forced or willing), please remember that the Animus will you put you into your chosen Era the way your character is now. All the skills that your modern character has will transfer into the Animus. Regardless of who you pick to be your character, this section must include weaknesses as well. Nobody is perfect. Not even sexy awesome Ezio. 100 word count minimum. PERSONALITY POSITIVE TRAITS five* or * more * positive * traits NEGATIVE TRAITS five * or * more * negative * traits this section is for your character's personality. Personality section must be complete paragraphs telling us how your character ticks (200 word minimum). What makes them mad? What makes them happy? Are they emotional or stoic? Do they rush into things, or plan them out? Stuff like that. Questions like these and more can be answered in this section. Please include both the positives and negatives of a person in order to make a well-rounded individual. DESCRIPTION The overall description of your character goes here- facial features, typical clothing, over distinguishing features, etc. This section must be 100 words minimum. HISTORY This section is for the history of your character. It has a 200 word minimum, so for original characters and minor canons it can be short, however, for the more important canon characters, this section needs to include their history, in your own words, up to the time that your era is set at (see the SETTING section of the left side bar).

WRITING SAMPLE This is where a sample of your writing skill will be showcased. Trapped allows all roleplaying levels, so we would like it to be an example of one of your best average posts. We want to know what it is like when you normally post. It may be of any genre, so if you save your roleplaying posts like I do just for these cases, feel free to just copy and paste your favorite here. Or you may write up an entirely new sample if you would like. To go with the rules however, it must be at least 200 words minimum. For CANONS this is extended to a 300 word minimum.

Do not be alarmed by the wall of code (like Christie was). ;D I've spaced it out so you can see what you need to put where. You do not need to worry about the actual coding. All you should need to do is edit in your text. The only two things you need to know is that:

One.

You put the URL to your picture in between the "s, and it must be like a .jpg, .png, or a .gif on the end.

and Two.

<p> is when you want to start a new paragraph.
<br> is to skip to the next line.

Instead of just pressing the enter button to make a new paragraph or a line break, in HTML you need to use <p> and <br>. That's the only difference.

The rest of the app you shouldn't have to worry about, so have fun! If you do have problems, just shout out in the cbox or send a PM to a staff member.
