I FUCKING VOTE VOODOO!!!!!!!!!! don't ask...

You know, I've thought about this when we were trying that RE game we tried to start. Basically zombie survival shit. We start off separated, then we end up surviving together. GM of course. Whoever does it, can choose when/where somebody turns into zombie. Of course, everybody is required a few NPC's, that just happen to not get bitten. When somebody dies, NPC now becomes PC. When player Runs out of NPC's (which is at the complete control of the GM) They lose. Or until the GM decides to allow them back in by bringing in more NPC's (made and chooses who get who, by the GM again).

Then Philip fails to score with uschi, then falls in love with his gothic neighbor! while Weener get drunk and high and scores with their Chemistry teacher! wink.gif ok...i have weird fetish's, please dont ask! then we go to Mooby's just in time for the gay donkey show! ninja.gif

True, very true... I was thinking, we need to find an online dice roller, or just have people roll at home, and each number can have a number or object behind that number (so people don't cheat, you know, like, make 3 be for 9 or a shovel) and each day you get to roll once, I could make a list for each day, and then we can use the numbers to buy weaps and items, or if we get items or weaps on roll, you can trade or sell them and stuff to get different things(If you sell, you know value decreases). This is an idea to eliminate people saying they found anything and everything. Have like off of RE4, a weirdo shopkeeper that you wonder why he's everywhere, but he is and everyone can find him. He invuln so we can't just kill him and jack his stuff. I know, sounds complicated, but it'd be easy. Ex.

Kevin rolls a 5. I check the list and tell him he gets either 30 .9 Millimeter Bullets or 150 gil to spend how he wants. Kevin says, "Give me the money, I don't need 30 shots for that pussy 9 Mil." Kevin gets 150 gil. He goes to shop and looks at what's available. He selects a handy dandy gallon of gasoline for his handy dandy chainsaw. He integrates it into the story quickly and easily. As such, "I go to fire up my chainsaw, but it refuses to start. I look around frantically and see a gallon of gasoline. I pick it up, and pour some in the tank, and then fire it up. The chain whirrs and flesh flies as I bring my chainsaw down into the body of a zombie..."

I feel that this could eliminate a lot of troubles with powerplayers, which is a bad thing, even I'm prone to do it.

sounds good. and I think I've seen an online dice roller, I think when I was messing around on the WoTC D&D website...I'll go look sometime. EDIT: i found it, WoTC click on the thing that says D&D it should show up saying Dungeons and Dragons or Monster Manual V (i dunno how long that'll stay up), then once you get there, click on the big red D20 right next to character sheets, Glossary, Tools, and Help. a pop-up will show, and we'll most likely use the D20 (unless baron wants to go D8). thats the online dice roller. any questions, just ask.

and thinking about it, it is easy to powerplay, but I find it difficult to come up with awesome superkilling powers...so I tend not to powerplay, never have!

Then we can add in full plates? tongue.gif I'm gonna start off in a full plate with a complete weaponry set, complete with a longsword and a composite longbow and a large steel shield... wink.gif

I was thinking last night what if we, instead of using the classes available in outbreak, we make up our own classes. Because I'd have more fun with my own class and be able to come up with a better story, then be stuck with those 10 or so classes you thought about using. But maybe that's just me.

...1, I said no full plate, 2, you don't start with anything, 3, your character classes will probably suck compared to using what is pre-made. Lord knows, you know what my specifics are gonna be anyway. Tell you what, here's char. classes.

Melee Expert-Bonus with melee attacks(Strength)
Gun Expert-Bonus with gunfire (Dex)
Explosive Expert-Bonus with explosives (Wisdom)
Tech Expert-Bonus with technological weaps (Intelligence)
Carrier-No Bonus with any weapons, but can carry more than other classes(Constitution)

Also, I'm thinking about making it so that when you level (I'll tell you when you do) You can multiclass, but your bonus won't be as big if you're low level of something as higher level something. Everyone gets slight bonuses with each level anyway, but it won't be as high. Also, I want it to be known that items that increase the same things as these classes will be available, but they will be expensive. Thank you, any questions, ask and I'll try to explain.

what, no illusionist? or full plates? (you know baron, i wouldn't have even thought of it, if you hadn't said anything...)

that could be kinda kool...but so what we take that, and we can make up our own jobs, based off the class we choose? Gun Expert - Cop, Hunter, Assassin (sniper), ect. Melee expert - Rough Neck, Construction Worker, Repairman, ect. Explosive Expert - Terrorist, me....ect. lol basically you can choose the class from the designated choices, then you can choose your job from what you want? or again will it be designated?

I don't care what your job is, it won't affect the actual gameplay, so sure, pick your job, you won't be working any in this game anyway.

Actually baron it can effect game play. You see, I would act differently if I were a gun Expert - Assassin, or if I were a Gun Expert - Cop or eve a Gun Expert - Hunter. the class tells you what your good at. your job tells a bit about what your gonna be. unless your a newly reformed assassin to just got out of jail, and now your stuck in this zombie shit. A dirty cop who doesn't give a fuck. So the job will have a big effect on what your character is gonna act like. The class is gonna have a big effect on what your character is good at. but thats just my opinion...

Like I said, I don't give a fuck, that's character profile shit that has more to do with what you think than what I think. I'm just saying it will have no affect on statistics of gameplay, I will not incorporate it into the actual system. If you want that shit, w/e, that's your problem. I'm done with this, make your characters attitude how you want, I'm just saying it won't be actual gameplay as far as I'm concerned.
