seven wonders, aura with chanel

Tonight was the night of the big concert in Central Park, and his parents actully both had the time off to be there. His mom had decided they were going to go there as a family, which really didn't bother him too much. Sean enjoyed anytime that he got to spend with his parents, especially when it could be spend with both of them. Besides he had been looking forward to going to this concert. He was a big fan of music; Sean could play the guitar, plus he could actually sing(something that very few people knew or had ever heard him do. So far the concert hadn't disappointed him and he had stuck around with his parents for a while. Eventually though he asked and got permision to go off on his own and maybe find a friend or two of his. Although the one person he really wanted to find was Chanel, he had had a big crush on her for a long time. He walked around the park as he searched for somebody he knew. While he did that he bobbed his head up and down in time with the music. Finally he spied somebody that he knew, and luckily for him it was Chanel. Sean carefully made his way through the crowd toward her and threw a friendly arm around her. " Hey Chanel what's up," he greeted her with a small smile.

Nights like tonight were on the top of her list of the reasons why she loved growing up in Manhattan. A concert in Central Park that she could walk to and from with no hesitation or thought. Even if she found a way to get a few drinks she'd still be able to make her way home just fine, in heels no less. She had come to the park with her older brother, but he had disappeared somewhere about an hour before to find some girl he was dating. She hadn't asked too many questions, she simply found the nearest college looking guys and flirted with them until they bought her drinks. She was on her second vodka soda when an arm was thrown around her. It was her Sean! She was just about to text him because she was bored flirting with college guys who were all trying to prove how smart they were too her or how good of job they were going to have. They were trying to impress her, but here was one guy who didn't have to impress her because he impressed her all the time."Seany!" she said throwing her arms around him, careful to not spill her drink. She waved to the guys she had been talking to and grabbed Sean's hand, pulling in another direction. "I'm so glad you found me sweetie! I was incredibly bored with this NYU guys, seriously who are they kidding?" She asked rolling her eyes.

Sean loved the fact that he had grown up in Manhattan, he loved this city and thought it was a great place to be. He wasn't sure he would be able to handle a quieter small town life; Sean figured he'd probably be really bored there without too many exciting things going on. Plus all of his friends, like Chanel, were here in Manhattan. The concert was awesome and he was really glad to be here. The only downside was he had come with his parents, so it was going to be harder for him to get a few drinks. It was still a possibilty, it would just be something that was harder to do. He was glad that he had found her, because he enjoyed every moment he spent with her. She wasn't his friend for nothing, and he had known her since he was a younger kid. She was one of the few people who got to see his nicer, sweeter side. He was still cool now when he was around her, but they were friends and he trusted her so she could see his softer side. He smiled at her as her arms wrapped around him and she greated him back. With Chanel around he was definitely going to have a great time tonight at the concert. He smiled as she grabbed his hand and let her lead him off to wherever she wanted. Sean laughed as she spoke before he replied," I'm glad that I found you too. I think they're just kidding themselves Chanel. He paused for a moment and took a deep breath before he added," I really am happy I found you. Otherwise I might have had to go back and keep hanging out with my parents. That would be nowhere near as fun."

Chanel handed Sean her full glass of vodka soda. They were still seventeen so getting alcohol was a little hard, it was getting easier though the older they god. Especially for Chanel who had learned how to charm her way to getting just about anything she wanted. Men, especially middle aged guys were enamoured with her, so she'd smile and flirt and flip her hair and get free alcohol. "Alcohol," She told him because she'd find a way to get another one. Worst case scenario she had her own id and if she really wanted some more all she had to do was try and buy some. "Well that's because no one's parents are as fun as I am? Plus who wants to hang out at a concert with their parents?" She asked making a face thinking of what she would do if she had to stay with her parents through this whole thing, it didn't seem fair at all to any kid with some sort of social life. Having to be here with her older brother was bad enough, but he had gone his own way which was totally fine by here. She smiled up at Sean wondering what Nate was doing tonight and if he'd pop up. Probably not, but she would see him tomorrow. They were still doing the just friends thing and Chanel wasn't sure how that sat with her, but that didn't matter at this moment. She was here with Sean, who hadn't left her and was still one of her closest friends.

Sean smiled at Chanel as he took the glass of alcohol she handed him. He was thankful for it, and he thought he'd try and get some more for her later on. If his parents wouldn't have came with him, he probably would have snuck some of his own it. Although he did have his fake id to try and buy some for them. Sean nodded, as he mentioned," Thanks, this is just what I needed." She could most likely be able to get another one for herself, but he would still try to get her at least another glass later. He took a drink of the glass of vodka soda and sighed contentedly. He laughed as she spoke and nodded his head in agreement." Of course not, nobody's parents could be as fun as you are. You're the funnest person to be around that I know. Nobody probably, Mom just had the idea that we were doing this as a family, so i had to stick with them long enough to satisfy that before i got the okay from dad to take off and have some fun," Sean answered with a small smile. Chanel was one of his closest friends, and she really was a whole lot of fun to be around. And as much he loved his parents, and it was nice to spend a little bit of time with both of them together, Sean didn't want to have to spend the whole concert with them. He also wanted to be with his friends and just be a teenager with him. Plus he thought his dad was perfectly okay with him heading off for a little while; that way he could have some relative alone time with his wife at a concert.

she nodded when he said it was just what he needed. she understood and she would have been right there with him if she was here with her family. she shared with sean because if he was having fun then she was having fun. "well yay daddy o'neill!" she said with a big smile on her face. she looked up at him and for a moment she wondered if she'd be here with him if nate was back. if he was here and he hadn't left her. was she trying to replace the hole she had from nate with sean? sean was nothing like nate, he was too sweet to be anything like nate. well sweet like chanel was sweet, he was sweet to her because she had known him basically their entire lives. he was her friend who was a boy, but he wasn't nate. that was always the sad fact about every boy she was around, he wasn't nate. "ok! so are we going to try to get fucked up or are we going to bail and get real food?" she asked him. they had the hand stamp and this was going to be going on for a while so they could go or come back if they wanted. chanel could only listen to music for so long before she needed to do something else. she enjoyed it and it was fun, but she knew about three things off the top of her head that would be more fun than sitting here listening to music.

He enjoyed having some alcohol every once in a while, which he did his best to keep hidden from his parents. Sean knew he would be in so much trouble if they ever caught him drinking. So he was glad that Chanel had shared with him, and if their situations had been reversed he would have shared his alcohol with her. They were friends and friends shared things. He nodded and grinned widely as she spoke. Sean was thankful to his dad for letting him go and hang out with his friends for a while too. " Yeah my dad is pretty awesome for a parent," he added. Which he thought was pretty true, as far as anybody's parents could go his were pretty cool. Although he thought they were even cooler when he was younger. The biggest thing was he wished sometimes that he had had at least one sibling. That way he would have another kid always around that he could spend time and play with. Luckily he had his friends to do things with when his parents were both busy. Chanel was a good example of that, he had known her practically his whole life and they were friends. He smiled at her question as he ran his hand through his hair as he thought. There would be time for them to go and come back. Not that he minded the concert but there were other things they could be doing as well. " As much fun as it would be to try and get fucked up with you, I still have to go home with my parents so not the best idea. So I say we bail and go and get some real food, and maybe try and get a few more dirnks while we're at it,"Sean answered with a big smile on his face.
