Actually, I'm not that excited about Torchwood. Captain Jack annoys me, and as a rule, most spin-off shows are disappointing (the notable exception to that rule being Stargate: Atlantis, a spin-off of Stargate: SG1).

What is Torchwood? I've heard it mentioned, but can't find much out about it? Does it like follow Captian Jack? He was cool last series.

tourch wood is an agentcy started by queen vicktoria to stop dr.who from coming back but over 300 or so years they forgot thier origanal mission and they now are a governmental owned agentcy that records and investigates all supernatural things.

PUBLIC WANTED FOR TORCHWOOD CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

In December (Christmas Special) there will be a scene on Swansea Bay. We usually would employ actors/extras to play along side John and other cast but after a meeting we've decided to let the public get involved!

Even though only a certain amount can be accepted we need around 6-9 people
(16 - 22) to play along side John and other cast members. If you're intrested please reply with your name and give a brief explanation to why you should work with the cast.

And i should most certainly work with the cast because i was the firstest person to be fooled into replying to this thread ANDANDAND i have silly hair and a very stereotypical spray on jeans, tight tshirt, tattooed appearance and i am particularly skilled in acting like a member of the public.
i also make a great cup of tea, so would be handy on set.
i would also probably have palpitations if i got to be withing 50 metres of the eve myles.

thought i would post a reply for the tourchwood job........Ive got to admit that me and my housemate have become addicted to it! We live in Cardiff and love watching it. My names Gwawr Parker, im 21 and would love to be considered for one of the places for the job (above).
