As the Chief of Staff, I hereby create the appointed position of recruitment officer. This person shall appoint, and oversee the operations of recruiters.

In it's simplest form, this is a breakdown of the responsibilities of the head recruiter, and those under him/her.

create a standard recruitment message which will be sent to players in feeder regions
Appoint recruiters (Max 4)
oversee operations of recruiters

Send recruitment message created by head recruiter to newly created players


The person appointed for the position as head recruiter, shall be Vietnam Empire, note, that this is a position directly under the Chief of Staff, and the Chief of Staff reserves all rights to:
1: Disolve the position if it becomes unnecessary.
2: Appoint a new head recruiter if the current head recruiter fails to perform his/her duties.
3: Remove recruiters from their positions if they fail to perform their duties, or perform an illegal action (Such as getting caught recruiting from a non-feeder region.)

Suggestions from other member of the Global Powers may be added to this at the disgression of the Chief of Staff.

Just a question...
Could recruiters get friends to join the region as well?
Just need a bit of clarity with the rights of the recruiter.

I'm pretty sure anyone can get friends to join the region
