Qamra Desert It's always hot and humid here and vegetation and water are a scarce commodity all year around. The ground is hot and hard with an occasional area of sand. Cactus and other desert plants grow here and in certain locations even over take it. There are a few oasis's near the topical border that offer crystal clear water and some minor shade. In order to survive here one most be adaptive to the harsh heat and have great endurance. It's rumored that there's a equine graveyard here. Forum Led by: Moderator

Toxic Wasteland A great city once stood here. The humans that lived here polluted the land and bay and when the meteors came the city was nearly destroyed. All that remains is rubble from great buildings and a few that are decaying and falling apart. The scarce vegetation here is toxic from the waste that seeped into the grounds. The air as well, if breathed in for too long, can cause death to any equine. It is certainly not a place for young ones to venture. Forum Led by: Moderator

Cavan Ridge When the meteorites slammed against the Earth, much of the land was marked with craters. Cavan Ridge is one of the largest craters in former North America. Standing from the edge, one could look down and see only little specks of what might be below. If done carefully, a path can be picked to the base of it, but that’s not recommended unless one is in great physical condition and sure of abilities possessed. At the edge there is no vegetation, but the bottom looks as though it is paradise. Forum Led by: Moderator

Chief's Summit This land is said to have been blessed by the Native Americans that inhabited the land more than a century ago. The grass here is always bountiful, and the water consistently pure. It is a safe haven for any equine in the sense of sure survival. There are many large rocks in the area, which looked to once be a range of cliffs before the impacts of meteorites. On the surface of said rocks are fascinating illustrations of the ancient inhabitants, only adding to the desire to visit the land. Forum Led by: Moderator

Blood Pool Bay For those that have survived the Toxic Wastelands and ventured far enough out they'll come to the bay. The bay is just as polluted as the crumbling city remains and has turned to a murky red. Rumor has it that the reason it's red is because the blood from any equine that died in the Wastelands has pooled into the water and turned it red. The true cause of the coloring is however unknown. No one has dared to enter the water for fear of what it might do or what might live inside it. Forum Led by: Moderator

Mount Beacon The largest of foothills, where the rubble of an old paved road can be found. Before the impact of the destruction and the extinction of mankind it was a busy route for automobiles to the top of the small mountain. Many are intimidated by its eerie deserted appearance. Some say that while mankind is extinct, those souls trapped to roam the earth aimlessly can be seen at night, traveling up the ruined road to the top of Mount Beacon. This myth can't be completely denied, there has been some rather bizarre fatalities of innocent equines that choose to travel on the road. What makes it even more peculiar is that at the end of the road, a fire ignites its raging flames at nightfall and screams echo throughout the area. When approached in the morning there is no sign of fire ever being set. Those brave enough to investigate the phenomena boldly travel up by night when chaos is at its peak. Those only mildly on the daring side travel by day for the reward of declaring they survived the climb, but wisely chose to return down the side of the mountain by dusk. Forum Led by: Moderator
Kerani Kerani is the southernmost tip of former South America. It is laden with jungles so thick that in some areas a horse cannot walk through. The temperatures here are so hot that thick coated breeds are not suggested to reside here. Since a good portion of the predators live inland, this isn’t the most dangerous of places… just highly uncomfortable.
Amara It is here that it’s the coldest, the fiercest. Because of the meteorites, much of the northern part that borders the sea has been eroded to steep drop offs. There is very little shelter here and even less food. One must be strong, fit, and have a nice thick coat to survive here.
Bergren For being one of the northern regions, this is surprising a pleasant region to remain. It is covered in forests, shares with many pleasant wild life, has ample food and water in virtually all territories. The only down side is the harsh winters, and perhaps the appeal to others. This is one of the gem regions of Tehya, and there isn't alot of it. So winters and a fight to call this home could be considered the only threats to be alert of in Bergren. Forum Led by: Moderator
Eaton Included in its expanse are the lakes formerly known as the Great Lakes. This land is scoped with mountains and hills. Most notably about Der is the one valley here that is bare of thick forests. A clear stream runs through the center, separating one side from the other.
Lamont This land was one known as California. Lands here border the sea and are spaced with sandy beaches. This was also a densely populated region during the human reign, but luckily vegetation has taken over again. Summers make this place like a tropical paradise though it’s not really the tropics.
Ranen This area is surprisingly quite hospitable. Most areas, though still dense with jungle, is not so dense that movement is uncomfortable. Some areas are cleared though the treetops do offer quite a bit of shade. A wide river runs along the edge of this land, but it’s not recommended for swimming. Forum Led by: Moderator
