Personality:
Only those who are closest to Cam know who she truly is. Others will find her guarded and distrustful. Especially those who are not part of her tribe. Even some in her tribe find her nature cold and distant. Camile keeps her emotions tightly controlled. It is rare for her to show her true feelings, the ones she does display are often false.

Her mind is sharp and calculating. Cam makes her decisions based on what she feels the over all benefit would be and not on individual needs. Challenges are never turned down by her; her competitive nature would not allow it.

Camile has no patience for those she considers weak. Some may refer to her as being ruthless, but in her mind it is only the strong who survive.

Her one true hatred is of magic and magus. They are a foul mark on Tearron and she believes, as do most Nomads, that it is because of them their lands are torn apart by Storms.

History:
Cherak was the leader of the Nomadic tribe Sol-dirahs. He was also the father of Catron and Camile, twins bore to him by Verina of the tribe Bandula. Under his leadership and guidance his tribe flourished during a time where other nomadic tribes were dying off.

Camile and her older brother Catron (by minutes) were raised to follow in their father’s footsteps. Together they were taught how to fight, to lead, and most importantly how to survive the harshness of Tearron. When the twins reached the age of twenty-three, Cherak’s health began to decline rapidly due to an illness that herbs could not treat. Catron was to take his place as Soldane upon their father’s death. This was something that Camile preferred. She had no interest in being leader of their tribe. The responsibilities were too great and she felt that Catron was better suited for the position. Her brother had more patience than her and that alone made him the better choice.

It was at this time there was a summoning of the Nomadic tribes. This had only been done once before according to their history and it dated back to around the time of the War of Men. Only five tribes actually showed for the meeting and it took place during the eclipse on a part of Tearron that was never ventured into by the magus.

At this meeting it was decided that the tribes would unite so they could be stronger. In order to decide who would lead the united tribes a competition would be held and the leaders of each tribe would have to compete to show who was worthy of such a title. Since Cherak was no longer fit to lead, Catron was chosen from their tribe to compete. However, the day before the opening ceremony he was poisoned. Camile was by his side when her brother fell into a coma and she was then forced to be the one to represent their tribe.

After several trials, Camile bested all the others and was proclaimed the leader of the united tribe. Camile Khimera became the Soldane. Her victory was not one that she wanted but one that she earned. It was with great sadness that her brother Catron died soon after. He never woke from his coma, never knew that his sister triumphed over his killer. Camile questioned the tribe of her brother’s poisoning and the man responsible was pointed out. Her first order as Soldane was the execution of her brother’s murder.

Camile has been Soldane for seven years. The first two years she had the council of her father before his passing. The tribe Sol-dirahs has become one of legend though no one speaks of their name. Camile has made her tribe stronger than any thought possible and they are a force to be feared by any that stands against them… all but the Storms. The Storms will always win.
