Its summer 2028 in the city of St. Louis and the crime rate has skyrocketed to an all time high. Murder, kidnappings, and even smaller crimes are seen on the news every night. Yet no one knows who is responsible for it all. Even vampires and werewolves are in danger with the crime. Where will you fall? Among The Tainted who are causing crime or among the ones trying to stop it? If neither of those are your cup of tea then neutrality is always an option.
