Jake had the soul of a football player. His life began when the season started. He was a promising player. He could be your best friend, or your worst enemy. Jake loved the feeling that he was on top of the world. He loved attention, and hated when the sport light was on someone else. He could get pretty jealous.

Though Jake was nice, he was a little self absorbed. He could get into himself, and think he was “it”. Thinking this had some downs on Jake’s history. Jake is open to many ideas, so he says, but inside, he is stubborn, and he knows what he wants, and nothing changes that.

Jake was open about anything, well, almsot anything. Some aprts of Jake's past still came to haunt him, but he knew he had to get past those times. Jake will generaly talk to you about anything, as long as he has your trust. Jake loved to be pushed to his limits, most of the time. He gets stressed out alot as well.

Jake was your average teenage guy for looks. He had the surfer hair, which the girls in his grade loved. His hair color was blond, and he loved it. He felt that his blode hair really brought out his deep brow-blue eyes. He also had a deep, rich, tan all over. He spends a lot of time outside in the sun, therefore he gets a nice tan and his hair color gets lighter.

Jake's body was built as a surfer's body would be built, nice tone legs, hot abs, its pretty nice, except for a scar located on his shoulder. Jake was in a car crash a few years back with some friends and one of their parents.

Jake was born to Connor and Jennifer on May 29, 1990. He was the second child of three, Jakes older brother, Jeremey had been born a year earlier. Jake and his older brother competed a lot as they grew up. When Jake was 1, his parents had another child, yet another boy. The following year Jennifer had a girl.

The Marks family was complete. Four children was enough. Jeremy and Jake grew close, and always competed with each other, whether it was over girls or sports, it was also competiton between these two.The younger chldren in the Marks family were a bit different from Jake and Jeremey though.

Jake and Jeremy were both sent to SBA the same year, Jake was in his freshmen, and Jeremy in his Sophmore. They have gone here ever since, and this year will be the first year all the Marks will be attending. Jake knows he has had some rought patches in his past, but hopes that going to SBA would help.

Jake was in an accident a few years back, leaving a scar on his shoulder. He isn't afraid of showing people the scar, he's just afraid they will ask where he got it. He obtained the scar on a misty May evening, his 14th brithday to be exact. He was drving back to SBA with some friends and one of their parents, when the car flew off the side of the road.

Jake and his friends were thrown out of the car, with his friend's parent left inside. The boys we not badly hurt, just a broken arm for Jake, a broken foot for one of his friends and nothing for the other one. Jake got up as soon as he was able to, he ran ovef to check on the parent, when he looked into what used to be the front of the vehicle, he saw something you onyl see in horor movies.

Now, when ever Jake does down that road, he cringes, and he hasn't told a soul what he saw that night...

Jake heard his alarm clock ring. “5 O’clock already?” He whispered. He rubbed his eyes and looked to the cabin ceiling; a lot of people had let their mark over the years, writing notes to future campers, notes of good luck and hardship.

Jake slipped out of his bed and found his t-shirt and a pair of shorts. Every morning, Jake woke up early to go for a run, to let out any anger he had. Jake had a lot of anger right now, mostly at his friends from the prior year, the whole thing with ___ Johnson was still messing with him.

Jake slowly walked out of the cabin and shut the door. He breathed in the fresh air. “I love summer.” He muttered to himself. Jake started off on his two mile morning run. He ran past the other sections of the camp, thinking of all the memories with ____ Johnson last year. Why do they kill me inside? He thought to himself, Why?
