with great power comes great responsibility
We take the scene to the metropolis that is London, England. The human population has begun to increase again, but so have the superpowered subspecies: powers have errupted even in the young, born to powered parents, with no disease to usher it on. This has given rise to a modern tale of heroes and villains: for the powered among us are just as corruptable as the rest.

accepting canons and originals, always and forever.

we are in need of all team-mates, as well as other open canons.

wilder mansion
Huge and obnoxious, the Wilder mansion serves as headquarters for the Royal Flush. It has a huge perimeter and electronic gates, along with roaming guard-dogs. Within, it's got more rooms than could possibly ever, ever be healthy, all finished with the plushest of plush carpets. Each member of the Flush has their own room, and there's a state-of-the-art gym and both indoor and outdoor pools to keep fit, and a huge basement which is where most of the meetings happen, and is also where the intelligence base is located. They've hired a chef, so food is always on the go - it's basically like a resort. Also the Headquarter for The Royal Flush.

14 andsdell terrace, kensington
Definately one of the nicer houses on the street, 14 Ansdell Terrace is occupied by Max Osborne. It's a large, expensively decorated town house, once home to the entire family. Now, its only Max and the cat living there. Shadows of the past seem to lurk there for him and he is tempted to sell it, if it wasn't for it being the last link to his family. Either way, it's an impressive home in a very nice area of London.

This is the home of Drake Lesage, a simple apartment with all the necessities one needed to survive on one's own. While a loft apartment, it was small and quaint, yet provided him with enough space to not feel closed in. Anyone who comes in would see that the place apparently needs a female touch, as all the walls are bare, and the house possesses just the bare essentials, the trademark of a bachelor pad.

suicide king headquarters
The Suicide Kings are constantly moving their base, be it from the depths of a junkyard or the inside of a gutted warehouse. They have to keep their headquarters hidden, for obvious reasons - if any hero figured out where they slept and planned, it would be much too easy to infiltrate, and destory them. They leave no trace that they had ever been in a past hideout, and are very skilled and picking locations that will be concealed and flow under the radar.

This house is on one of those quiet little side roads you find once and never again. Out of the way of the main road yet still close enough to the city centre, Lillias, aka Dreamer, loves to hole up here for a while. It's an old terraced house, small but well decorated with tasteful pieces of antique funiture here and there. Classical music is usually playing in the background and a touch of incense lingers in the house.

Nothing Maddox does is low class. His two bedroom townhouse is no exception. It has two stories, a kitchen, a living room/dining area that has two chairs, a table and a couch in front of a regular thirty-inch television. There is an upstairs area that includes both his room and his sisters room. They do have to share a bathroom, but it's not so bad, they've developed a distinct separation system. There's a small office upstairs and another room, that was probably meant to be another bedroom that Maddox made into a music room. It's dominated by a grand piano that can be heard easily throughout the house. The decor is modern and suave with a lot of bright colors, courtesy of Christa's tastes. The yellows and greens that dominate the house blend together nicely and everything likes nice and cohesive within the townhouse.

suite 1401, 7824 golding drive
This elegant (and rather expensive) penthouse suite overlooks downtown London. It's furnished with comfortable and relatively new pieces of furniture and the decor is quite eccentric, trendy and almost thrown together, as if the owner had just bought anything that caught her fancy, Which is exactly what happened. Everything comes together nicely, even if the bright colors, posters and abstract paintings can be a little much. A few rooms don't have a lot of things on the walls and those are the kitchen and the bedroom, even the en-suite, marble-covered bathroom has pictures on it's inside. Complete with roof access, two walk-in closets, a kitchen, dining room, living room and small guest bedroom/bathroom this is definitely one of the places to live.

After years of living in Outer London, infamous reporter Lyla Kingsley now resides in the heart of Westminster. Her two-bedroom suite, which includes a kitchen and living area, is located on one of the top floors and looks out over the city.Sure, someday she'll settle into a nice, quiet home... but until then Lyla plans on living the extremely comfortable life in her suite.

His salary is decent at best but this Irish boy does what he can. Very much in need of a woman's touch, there are barely any pictures or decorations on the walls short of a poster or two in his bedroom. Leather furniture is the staple in the living room, along with the largest television he could afford. He keeps it relatively clean, as clean as a bachelor need be anyway. Being two bedrooms, he uses the other bedroom as a study of sorts, or just full of things he likes from his computer to his comic collection and then car magazines. It's not the biggest house out there, but also not the smallest. He does what he can.

A small flat in the heart of Westminster that looks out across the busy little city on the second to top floor. This one bedroom one bathroom flat is the perfect little place for someone who doesn't need much room. Once the small but open living area/dinning room, separated kitchen area, full bathroom, and spacious bedroom are filled with personalized nick-knacks it because a place of comfort. A cozy place to call home and rel Well, it's no mansion, that's for sure. Nevertheless, this is the headquarters of the one and only Damon Torren. One bedroom, one bed (but he loves to share), one bath, one kitchen and a living room. Just enough for, well, one. Private and low key. Just the way he likes it.

The land was bought by Brennan Ripner after he returned from Australia. He demolished the other building and built a fairly large home, almost a small mansion, to escape and lock himself in. It contains several rooms for eating, relaxing, working etc., each having different themes from all over the world. It is able to house a large family, containing full service if desired. There is a large kitchen for cooks, a supply room for maids, servers, and The Butler, all who have their own sleeping quarters. However, big it may be, but Brennan is the only one who lives there, besides Rorick, who recently moved in, but has never seen his father. But more importantly, the lower levels are restricted to Brennans access only. It is where he does his business, hides his equipment, and stores different vehicles. His own private quarters are locked from the world, and his son.

Is it any surprise that Oliver Burgundy lives near shopping? He's a hop, skip and a jump away from the hottest stores, and if you say one word about him living on ''Qweensway'' he might induce a seizure. Inside the apartment/suite/whatever you call it, you can see that he has wonderful taste. Framed vintage movie posters hang on the walls in the living room, and the sleek black leather sofa is the highlight of the room. Modern is the word for the rest of the suite, with funky lamps on abstract tables in his bedroom. His bedspread is the only thing that seems out of place, an old quilt that seems ages old. Oliver loves luxurious, clean, and classy. You wouldn't expect anything less from such a man.

For Ezra the apartment is the perfect size for her and her canine companion Boss. The most time she spends home is when sleeping so she doesn't do much entertaining. However she keeps the place tidy yet comfortable looking and has everything she needs within it. Her bar tips and pay cover the rent for month to month now if only she could find a way to win over her neighbor who is always looking for ways to get her evicted because of Boss.

One bedroom, one bathroom flat, with an eat-in kitchen, and a moderate size living room. It is perfect for someone who spends most of her time alone. There are pictures of her parents all around the house, as well as books on the shelves, on the coffee table, even a few on the counter in the kitchen, showing she is an avid reader. A punching bag is hanging up in the corner of the living room.

She shares the townhouse with another civilian and frequently Maddie sleeps over, when the team leader isn't crashing at their headquarters on watch. The floor plan is relatively open considered how cheap their rent is. The most unique part of their abode is the orange kitchen back splash. The area is south of the Thames and conveniently located near the diner she works at. London's underground music is also nearby so she doesn't have to travel too far for gigs. She likes to spend as little time in the apartment as possible, since being a homebody isn't any fun! But her greyhound's favorite place is an overstuffed armchair she rescued from the side of the street and recovered.

after years of blistering sun and constant explosions, duke resides in a quiet, spacious townhouse. containing a very large kitchen/dining room, moderately sized living room, two bedrooms (one guest room downstairs and a master bedroom on the second floor) and bathrooms. he had converted his basement into a training room for when he chooses not to hit the gym and is known to secretly contain many of his spitfire gear and weapons. his office is located on the second floor and is mostly there for show, as he does most of his business outside of his home.

Technodark's Place
Well, it surely isn't a house, but a basement. When she moved to London she did have a house, a great one, but when 'The Jedi' appeared and she lost everything, she had to move somewhere she didn't have to pay rent, so she found this old house. It was abandoned and all in ruins. The basement however was in good shape. Even though it took years for her to restore the basement, when you enter it now you're amazed with what she did. Adrian's home is basically made of everything modern you can imagine. She has a huge server for her own, several modern computers, fixed and laptops. The environment on her house makes people remember movies like I, Robot, Minority Report, both amazing movies. And robots really are part of the furniture, some are junk, others in construction, but only one alive and helping her with her work. There's a place she separated from everything else and it is her and Robbie's bedroom. Adrian and Robbie sleep together, and she loves to be awake by his bark. The kitchen is on the opposite side of her bedroom and it's also hidden. However, she spends most of her time on her robotics office.

A little apartment in a not so nice part of London is the little spot of heaven for Walter. It's a little shabby and old looking but the people across the hall are nice and it doesn't get bothered by solicitors. The Apartment itself is furnished spartanly, but is comfortable for Walter who rarely spends any time there.

3 Maze Hill, Greenwich
A prime bit of historic real estate located in South East London. Positioned near the birthplace of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I and just a hop, skip and a jump from the Royal Observatory, Loralie chose the neighborhood as much for its ambiance as its beauty. Quite large for a single female, the rambling old home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths, as well as a large dining room and an entertainment room custom made for large get togethers and balls. She purchased it when she was twenty-six after receiving a rather large bonus for a scientific breakthrough she spearheaded. Despite it being more house than is strictly necessary for herself and Bob (her chinchilla, who has one room all to himself), she's never regretted the purchase as she sees it as a wise investment.

This loft apartment fits Megan well. It's just the right size for her, as though it was brought straight out of Goldilocks and the three bears- not too big, not too small, just right. It is decorated nicely, and has a homey feel. Nothing flashy, but everything is nice and warm, matching the woman and her personality. There are pictures of her with her mother and sister, but her father is oddly absent from all but one picture.

One of three architect-designed eco-houses set on a private gated driveway, it isn't a surprise that Penelope, a lover of Nature, decided to purchase such house.
It is superbly insulated and offer many high-tech building features including geo thermal boreholes, aquacycle water filtration, photovoltaic cells mounted on the roof and sustainable materials used where possible, such as timber infill framework, recycled roofing membranes and breathable eco paint. Everything you could dream of to protect nature and surely a quiet and dreamy place for Penny.
Like if it wasn't enough, the property comprises large reception room with open-plan kitchen, utility room, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one guest's bedroom with en suite shower room, and other two bedrooms transformed into a small library and a gym. To finish there's also a private parking space and storage for bicycles.

This two bedroom townhouse plays a double role in Anatoly's life. It's where he lives, but it also his place of business. The downstairs bedroom has been turned into his office and his file room. Because of this, the bottom floor is bland, as it is Anatoly's business. The upstairs, though, is his home, and it shows. He has pictures around, and though everything is neat, it also has the signs of being lived in. The house is neat, like Anatoly. But somehow it has managed to retain some of the warmth he's lost.

Stephen's job as a storekeeper in a bookshop doesn't leave him much money for a nice place, but it does not matter much to him. Although his apartment is in a bad part of town, Stephen is not looking for comfort. He merely needs a roof over his head, a computer and wireless internet, and perhaps a bed. Therefore, when one enters his home, one can usually only see a small couch and a cramped kitchen. Beyond that, there is a bedroom with a bed and a desk with a computer, next to which is a locked file cabinet, where he keeps all his information on the government which he has found over the years.

24 Bedford Row
ramed on both sides by houses that are bigger, number 24 hardly stands out. While the rest of the place is occupied by the landlady, Autumn lives in the attic room - a one bedroom apartment that is small but provides the young woman with everything she needs, including a tiny bathroom and kitchen. Over the years she has stayed in it, Autumn has made it her nest, decorating the space and piling books when the shelfs had no room left over. Most of her living area consist of a large bed and said books and her small desk. Topped off with a door that leads to the mostly unused roof terrace, the apartment is everything Autumn could have wished for at the moment.

Though not particularly large or well furnished, Tobias' apartment is a nice place to live, clean and relatively neat. The rather bland decor and spartan decor isn't particularly surprising considering the occupant. The kitchen, though, is clearly state of the art with the fridge always stocked. In a bizarre turn, there are herbs growing in garden boxes along the window. Everything aside from the kitchen suggests bachelor pad. The kitchen suggests someone who puts a lot of value in food.

5727 S. Hampton Road
South Hampton Road is made up of a row of small houses lined by fences and trees. It's your typical, friendly neighborhood. Natalie's house is the third from the left. It's tiny, but seeing that Natalie lives alone, it's perfect for her. The living room leads into a kitchen which doubles as a dining area, and there's one bedroom in which Natalie keeps all her important items and keepsakes. Space is a little tight, but Natalie prefers it to be that way.

The unimpressive, but old house looks quite small from the outside, but once you enter it, the actual room is surprisingly big. Separated in two stories, the ground floor holds kitchen and living room that opens into a little, unkempt garden, while the bathroom as well as two bedrooms can be found upstairs. The basic furnishing is relatively modest for the time traveler and only the master bedroom's bed, carved in dark wood, mirrors the luxury she enjoys so much. Over the years, many souvenirs (from photographs to small pieces of furniture) have accumulated, making the house reflect Helena's life rather well.

Flat #4A, St. Martin's Lane
St. Martin's Lane is part of five streets which all eventually meet to form a roundabout. Aaron lives on St. Martin's Lane right where it ends and the roundabout begins. It is an ideal spot for him; he can see everything that's going on near him. His flat is much like him - cold and uninviting. Aaron does not spend much time in it, preferring to prowl the streets when he can. Therefore, his flat only contains the bare necessities: A bed, a kitchen, a small table, and an armchair. Notable, however, is the small pile of newspaper clippings. Upon closer inspection, they all have something to do with the Royal Flush, and especially Lyanna Wilder...

Flat no. 4, 29 Jamestown road, NW1
In the attic of a old building next to a small piercing studio is a one bedroom flat. There are three rooms; a living room with a kitchen section divided off by a make-shift breakfast bar, a bathroom and a bedroom. Across the walls are plastered posters from various gigs and rallies and twisted car parts litter the floor. There is a battered sofa in one corner and the air of a place that has been thoroughly lived-in. Windows are everywhere that overlook the canal and there are more then a couple of scorch marks on the furniture...

The apartments are small, only one or two bedrooms and one bath. Harper resides in an apartment on the upper level with a lovely view of the city. She has two bedrooms in her tiny apartment. It's a very lovely place though. She has plenty of privacy and is rarely bothered by anyone in the apartment building.
