LOS ANGELES AIRPORT
Internationally known, LAX is a large airport that brings together many people from many countries. It is thought that this is where the sickness first touched base in the United States and how it spread so quickly. Now the airport sits vacant except for a few people who make camp here, alongside a few zombies.

LITTLE TOKYO
Only one of three official 'Japantowns' in the United States, Little Tokyo was once a grand tourist area full of culture, art and history. It is largely abandoned now, though some survivors have taken notice of the area and started moving in.

STAPLES CENTER
Once known for it's sports events, concerts and shows the Staples center and the area around it is nothing more then a ghost town. Originally used as a makeshift hospital when the others were overrun, no one ventures here often due to the pile of dead bodies and lack of security.

LOS ANGELES STATE HISTORIC PARK
Thirty-Two wide acres of open land, the park is located north of Chinatown and south of Elysian Park. There isn't much room to hide here since trees are sparse but it is a good location to try and meet other survivors, just be sure that you don't travel alone especially at night.

THE GROVE
575,000 square-feet of open air mall shopping; every girls dream, and most guys nightmare. Most of the shops here have been raided and are being used as camps for other survivors, it is a good place to meet others and mingle, but don't be too loud, zombies are attracted to noise and the shopping area is an easy maze to get lost in.

CEDARS-SINAI HOSPITAL
One of the largest hospitals in the area, averaging over twelve thousand patients at any given time, this was the main hospital everyone went too when they came down with the sickness. They were quickly overrun and the site was abandoned by the military early on in the outbreak. Zombies feeding on the large amount of dead bodies litter area, so be careful when you enter...they do prefer fresh meat after all.

DOWNTOWN
Welcome to Downtown Los Angeles, a vibrant city center. Thanks to commercial, creative, and cultural rebirth, many people live, work, and play here, and thus many died here. Zombies are gathered more in numbers here so be careful. It is home to another group of raiders.

COMPTON
Known for it's gang activity and being a lower income neighborhood many people stayed away from the area that were tourists, which was perhaps the best thing. The sickness spread quickly in the densely populated area and it is now known as living dead central. Loners and small groups of survivors can be found here.

WEST LOS ANGELES
Known as one of the wealthiest districts in Los Angeles it is home to Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Del Ray. Thanks to it's elite residents and their habits of owning more than one home, hardly anyone was home when the sickness occurred so it has the least amount of zombies. Raiders have taken up residence here now feeling they are 'owed' the good life.

HOLLYWOOD
Known for movie making, most of the studios have actually moved out of the area and it is more of a living space now. Aside from the historical sign on the hill not much is very pretty here anymore. The housing hasn't been in the best upkeep and it is also home to a a group of friendly survivors.

HARBOR AREA
Just as it's name suggests the harbor area is on the water. Due to dense building and shops as well as many boats in the harbor it is not the safest area to be in and of course now that the Military has set up their main camp there it is best to avoid it all together.
