The Vegas heat was hot; Gunter was never a fan of being in the sunlight. If he didn’t absolutely have to be out during the day to pick up supplies for his newest invention, motorized crowd surfing boards, he would still be in his mobile band bus/laboratory. He walked up to a small pub and ordered a drink while he waited for Cadence. He knew nothing of what she would be like, but he was glad that someone answered his help ad asking for an assistant for the day. He was glad she needed money to stay with the tour, otherwise, he probably wouldn’t have had a response.
“Another beer” he said to the barkeep. He knew it was going to be a long day, so he prepared for it by drinking his concern away.
