Milly's lips parted and let through a deep sigh, she had been working all day
and night yesterday and really could use a relaxing day to herself. "God, I need to get out!"She grabbed her leather studded bag and packed the most essential things she needed. Being outside definitely should help light up her mood, it was a nice day to visit the park.She slipped into her most comfortable skinny jeans, threw on her favorite shirt and leather jacket. For one last time she glanced through the room, hoping she hadn't forgotten anything, as a ritual before leaving her apartment she checked her pockets and purse for her phone, wallet and keys. Once she was sure she had everything she needed she headed outside, as soon as the sun touched her skin her lips formed a smile. The warmth felt so good, a gentle breeze lifted up Milly's long blond hair. Her bright blue eyes were covered by her newly bought ray ban, she already felt so much better. Then it occurred to her she had forgotten her cigarettes, she muttered curses on herself. How could she forget the one thing she absolutely needed to get through the day besides coffee,music, alcohol and weed. Walking back didn't seem like an option to her, although she wasn't that far away yet, she was too lazy, she'd just get a new pack. No big deal.
<p>
After buying a new pack of cigarettes, a bottle of red wine and a bottle of water she continued her little walk to the park. With careful hands she opened the new pack of cigarettes, took one out and lit it up. Some of the white smoke escaped through her lips as she inhaled, she felt so much happier now. It seemed this was going to be a nice afternoon. Her legs kept quite a good pace before she knew she already saw the park entrance. From what her eyes could see, the park seemed crowded. She bit her lip, well she already came this far, bought some wine and had her mind set on it. She'd just wander around until she found a quiet spot where she could relax in peace. She threw the last of her cigarette in the trashcan she passed and scoped the park in search for that little silent spot where she could sit. She had been searching the park for almost ten minutes, when her eyes fell on her the perfect spot she quickly got to it and took place. She stretched out her legs and kicked off her boots. After Milly got comfortable she turned on her music player, took out the bottle of red wine and unscrewed it. Cheap bottles of wine were so handy, instead of having a cork they had screw on caps. Best invention ever! Gulping down parts of the wine she enjoyed the music and sun, she was so happy to just lay back and relax in the green grass today.Her fingers took out another cigarette and she put aside her phone, laying back resting her head against a tree she lit up her cigarette and enjoyed the view she had. Her feet tapped to the blues music coming from her phone's speaker, on days like these she loved listening to some Blues or Rockabilly music, it always seemed to cheer her up and give her that nostalgic feeling.
