Will there be more character development on Bao-Do

I think Bao-Dur has more to do with KOTOR then we think he does.
Its weird to me that someone with the talent to make the Mass Shadow Generator, which basically destroyed Malachor.
Manages to avoid detection of the Republic, Jedi, and the Sith!!

He was probably just a nameless tech- and I doubted that they let the common soldiers know that there's a giant thing that could kill them all- and "We're using YOU as bait!"
