Resident Advisors and House Directors
A Hall Director is the teacher who is responsible for a single house at Seiseux. This means they are in charge of discipline, making executive decisions for the quodpot team, and providing a source of advice for any of their students.
Resident Advisors are two students, one male and one female, who have extra authority over their housemates. They are chosen by the House Director during their 6th year in order to provide a welcoming face to incoming students and ensure that their housemates are following the rules. Once you are an RA, you will continue to be one until you graduate unless you resign or the Hall Director removes you. This means every house will have 6 RAs any given year.
