Fanfic Pimping, pimp new fanfics here

We already have a topic for our favorite fanfics.. but what about the fics that, even though they aren't our favorites, we would like to share to the world? I know I've read a lot of new fics by new authors out in ffnet or in groovy smoothie that deserve to be pimped.

So here you go, a topic where you can share your latest fic discoveries.

And I'll regularly pimp fics if I find a good one. To start, here's two:

The Wrong Sort of Girl by the archduke.
Sam/Freddie Seddie. Mrs. Benson should be worried.
I thought it was quite interesting to read Mrs. Benson's take on the whole Sam/Freddie relationship. It's just a short oneshot, but it made me lol.

Depending on what you guys are in the mood for-- a light and funny fic or a sad angsty one-- I'd like to know what you think. Leave reviews for the authors.. we love those, especially long ones. ;)

Alright, nobody's been pimping any new fics. but :shrug:.. I am still in the mood for sharing. So here's one I just read and I thought it was pretty funny. It's just light and not too serious. A couple of you might like reading it

it's so random and weird and funny and so lololovely and it made me lolz, which is a good thing and you all should review his awesomeness.

i read it and... now i'm trying to remind myself why i haven't read this story. One of the better post-ikiss fics out there. and definitely good use of meatballs.. a plus. :D

ahhhhh! i LOVED Won't You Let Me Know. i read that from first posting to the end and i read that OBSESSIVLY. I checked ff.net twice a day for it (except if i had school... then.. before i went to school) when it was updated id completely fangirl. it was SO amazing. the one regret i had was the author did not accept anonymous comments so i couldnt let them know HOW much i enjoyed their fanfic.
I loved how... different it was. It seemed very plausible that if two people with the same personality types were to have a relationship in the realworld... or a non Icarly reality this is how it would work. I was completely emotionally invested in the story. everytime someone was sad, hurt, angry or confused i felt it right in my gut. MAN. i just love how it flowed. I.... JUST WANTED to let people know if yoh contemplating reading it....

i also just read the first two chapters of Smooth Moves and that... is amazing as well. heeheee... i have nothing i currently recommend that isnt posted on here or someone has pimped that is Seddie centric.

I agree 110% with you on your comment, it's by far the best seddie fic I've read!

And I just finished the 2 chapters for Smooth Moves too, love how Freddie tries to tease Sam :laugh: But loses the grape anyway :lol:

iSub for Sam has a great Spencer portrayal.

Currently, in addition to the stories that people have already mentioned, I am enjoying "Alphabets" by doggodess04 and "iTime" by iDonnie08.

The former is a well written story that largely keeps the characters in character and has some beautiful moments.

The latter is one of the more interesting pieces that I've ready on ff.net. It's very playful and uses a lot of intertextuality & references to obscure parts of the show. I would almost call it post-modern (which I consider to be a good thing).

Has anyone mentioned Discover yet on this thread?

If not (and in any case), I think that it's an excellent story. It's about the relationship between Freddie and Sam as seen through the eyes of Marissa Benson. Mrs. Benson is very in character and the story is well written. I would recommend it.

That's one of my favorite stories right now. :D

I love Ms. Benson's point of veiw! :P

Oh yeah! I just got totally hooked on Discover :D

I have read one good one , but don't remember what it was called.

But was Freddie and Carly's wedding day and Freddie and Sam go to lunch, and I can't really remember what happens It was long ago.
