OK. So, as some of you might still remember, I made this bet.. that I would provide links to HD versions of ALL the iCarly episodes till date. And I still remember that I have that bet. (Good think I didn't mention when. :P Haha. )
Anyways, I just finished downloading the first season. (I had an HD version even before. But this new one was a tiny bit higher quality than the previous one, plus, it gots no Nick logo, so for those who makes screen caps and stuff, this new version is the best). Anyways, there are a few things: First, there is no way I am making the links public. I will provide links to those who requests for it. And when they provide me with a valid email address, I will mail the links to that mail address. Second, the episodes will be archived and encrypted in 256bit (or 128bit) industry standard encryption technology. Which means, there is practically no way of knowing what is inside the file without the password. I did this to provide an extra layer of protection for whoever wants to download it. Password(s) will be mailed along with the links. Third, I searched a LOT of places to find the best possible way to provide the links for free - which, turns out that, there is no way I can achieve this without spending a few thousand bucks (and I am in no way capable of that either). BUT, since I promised it to be free, I WILL try my best to provide it free. Bottom point is, I won't make anyone pay for the anything in the whole process. (BTW, If one knows of a good site/service/place, please let me know. Will be really helpful). Fourth. My internet connection is THE WORST connection, provided by THE WORST ISP in the country. So, uploading and downloading is pretty much as a** work. Therefore, I will upload the first season first. And will upload the next season next month and so on. This might, however, may not be the case depending on which service I choose. Last, but not the least, I will start uploading depending on how many requests I get. And links will be provided immediately after ever few uploads, so that one can start downloading when the first file few files have been uploaded. I know that some of you have very slow connections, and it might take a few hours to download a single episode. So, I will try to keep each season up and running for at least some 4 months. And finally - a little disclaimer. I know I have said this before, and I am saying it again. I am in no way trying to get anything out of this. I am just trying to provide my fellow Seddiers with their Seddie fix. :P So, please don't post the links on public or anywhere like that. If your friends want the link, just send them the link in private. So, if anyone is interested, please send me a PM. Or just express it here. ...aaaand here is a little something. I'll be like YCC and ask nicely as well. S4 being uploaded first would be swell but whatevers easier for you will be fine.
Cause right now the HDTV Hd downloads of S4 are not even close to as good of quality as the ones YCC posted. Again though...whatever is easier for you...you didnt have to do any of this or you didnt have to keep your promise. You could have blamed on booze or something. haha. jk. But yeah..I have been looking for some of the early S4 episodes in great quality and i just can't find any. I mean i bought iOMG on itunes but the others ones...i have not got that desperate for caps of those that i need to buy them. haha. |
