Stormcrow Arcana
Visitors to Freeport's commercial district who are in the market for rare (or questionable) items are usually directed, with some hesitation, to Stormcrow Arcana. Housed in a tiny wooden shack at the rear of a narrow alley, it has the usual fare for magic shops: scrolls, potions and the like. However, what it is most renowned for is dealing in secrets and forbidden lore, something which its eccentric young owner possesses in great supply.

The Old Fort
Originally built as a monastery of the dead war god, Ur, then used as a fortress in the early days of the Age of Chaos, the Old Fort in the heart of Freeport now serves as the city's centre of government. Council meetings and public assemblies are held here, as well as many ceremonies and social events.
