Welcome to our Pern
While we are relaxed-canon, our dragons come in all shades and shapes of the six original colors. They're also known to have strange markings, we're still unsure what this means. It seems to have no effect on the dragons. Our watch-whers can fly, unlike most other places on Pern. They've adapted, are smart, not stupid like the rest..and fly!
Thread had become less and less of a threat in the past 50 turns. Until now when it very rarely falls from the skies. There's a new threat, while it isn't quite as predictable as thread, it's just as dangerous. We can't tell you what it is..because none of us have seen it. We've heard stories of losing your mind connection with your dragon. Maybe for a few seconds, perhaps hours..days..but what if you lost it completely? Faranth help us then..
So our Whers fly..our dragons come in funky shades and something is trying to separate the bond between dragon and human..what next?
