When copying these forms into a new topic please remember not to remove any of the tags.
Members are asked to be polite and courteous when requesting.
In their topic descriptions members must put the minimum graphic level (e.g. Pansy) they want their request to get filled by.
Members wishing to fill requests must first make sure that the topic is marked {open} by a moderator and that the requestor has specified that ir can be filled by anyone their level and up.
