Please read over the Terms of Service below before you start posting. You must follow these rules if you wish to prolong your stay here

- Spam
Excessive spam will not be tolerated with. If you are caught spamming a lot you will be warned, and if you continue, you will be banned. People who join and spam to get 15 posts in order to access the skins and/or to promote their site will receive a warning and a 7 day suspension on the spot.

- Sexual Themes
If you are caught with any images of sex you will be given a warning, and the image will be deleted. The same applies to links. I do not want my site turning into a porn site. Less seriously is if you refer to sex strongly through words, which may be deleted if heavy, and could result in a warning.

- Racism
Producing anything on these boards that demonstrate racism may lead you into being banned. We trust that you will be intelligent enough to not produce posts of such hideous nature.

- Advertising
Advertise in the designated advertising forum only. If you advertise elsewhere you may be warned, and continued misuse of advertising will result in banning. You can also use your signature to promote your forum, as long as it follows the rest of the TOS.

- Attitudes
Treat others the way you would want to be treated. If you continually critiscize others you will eventually be banned. All members and especially staff must treat other members of this forum and OTHER FORUMS with respect. I want this forum to have a good reputation. If a staff member spams another forum up and links to our forum they will be depromoted on the spot, because it gives our forum a bad outlook.

- Disrespect toward authority
Any direct or indirect and harsh insult toward staff will not be taken lightly. If you diss a staff member, you are basically dissing the boards. This is taken in the same manner as with the rule of attitudes as above.

- Avatars
You can have any avatar you wish, as long as it does not demonstrate sexual themes, racism, etc. You may download animated avatars. The size limit for an avatar is 125x125. If you try to get around that size limit you will be warned.

- Signatures
You can have any signature you wish, as long as it does not racism, etc. You may download animated signatures. Signatures can not be too big (use your common sense). If they are found to be too big they will be changed, and if you change them back, you will be warned. (sexual themes are permitted)

- Copyright Material
If you are caught ripping any part of anything -- a skin, graphic, written piece, etc. -- you will be warned, and the material will be removed. For using skins in the skins gallery, you do not need permission to use the skins, but you do need permission by the creator of the skin to remove the copyright or edit the skin.

- Uploading
Please DO NOT upload on the main forum (http://s7.invisionfree.com/death_from_above1/index.php). The only place you can upload is on the designated Upload Forums also linked to on the SubMenu.

- Banning
You must agree that you can be banned at any time with no warning. We always have reasons for banning. If you try to reregister you will probably be banned again.

- Contact
The fastest way for us to get back at you would be via PM or email. You can also use an IM service if the staff is online and allows it, although you have to keep in mind they are often very busy and would prefer PM or email instead.

- PM Advertising
This is not an accident. If you are found PM advertising you will be put into a group that cannot use the PM system.

Disruptive Posts
The following is prohibited:

1. Off topic posting (posting something that has nothing to do with the topic)
2. Thread Hijacking
3. Large images that change the page layout
4. Bumping old topics (2 weeks old)
5. Using caps locks
6. 1337 speak

1. Don't ask us to overrule a moderator. We'll believe them over you every time.
2. Don't ask us to shorten a 7 day ban. You did something bad, live with the consequences, and move on. We only allow appeals for permanent bans.
3. Assuming you read the first two rules, and still think you have been wronged, don't forget to include your login name and a description of why you are right and the moderator who banned you is wrong.
4. Because it bears repeating - don't whine about temporary (less than seven days) bans. We're not going to help you, that's why we have moderators.
