These are some simple rules that all members should follow.

General Posting

- Be polite at all times. We do not allow verbal bashing, trolling or any form of harrassment on Pet Loves Forums

- Do not use excessive "net speak" in your posts. We do not want to make reading posts difficult for people who may not speak english as their first language or even people who just aren't used to the shortcuts people often use online these days. Please make an effort to type in proper english and not in shortcuts. E.g. ur, soz, plz, wateva, etc...

Common shortcuts such as lol, lmao, etc are allowed.

- Do not post the same/similar topic in multiple areas or even in the same area in the hopes to get it replied to faster. It is inevitable that there will be times when nobody else is online. People will get to your post as soon as possible and will answer if they can. This is not a chat room, it may take some time to get a reply.

- do not post any inappropriate images, videos or language. Doing so will result in you being banned permanently and the offending posts deleted.


Images

- all photos posted are to be under 500 pixels by 500 pixels. Some people use dial-up internet and we don't want them to be waiting all day to view photos

- signature images must not be so large that they distort the screen. We do not have a fixed limit on signature images at the moment but please keep them within a reasonable size or a limit will be enforced.

- avatars can be up to 100 pixels by 100 pixels


Misc.

- it has come to our attention that some members have several user names under the same IP address or email address. We see no reason for this and will soon be deleting/merging these accounts. If you have a legitimate reason to have more than one account from the same IP/email address, PM Riebie or Bea and allowances will be made.
