Help!!

Ellie has a 'problem'

She eats wayyyyyyyyy too fast that sometimes she chokes after she's eaten something. For instance I give her a sausage treat and it's gone in 3 seconds!
A denta-stick, Mean't to last about 10 mins.. Gone in less than 1.

How can I get her to slow down? We are unable to give her treats that are hard and mean't to last a while because she eats it too fast and chokes.. (Whoops, Ive already said that!)
