THE CANON LIST

Hello and Welcome to Oblivescence!

Please make sure you check the list for the year, gender, and house of the character name you are interested in. There will be no random changes unless justified by all admins. If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with an admin, we'd be happy to assist you.

As you may have noticed, there are 3 member groups that show something like this:

This is obviously allowing original characters. We will not be accepting any hogwarts originals. Please stick to the canon list if you wish to play a student or professor. That being said, if you wish to play an original, that option is available to you provided they are of one of these 3 member groups: death eater, order member, or neutrals. Once all of the original positions are filled, we won't be accepting any more originals of that member group! Obviously blue is for boy, pink is for female, you'll need a first, middle, and last name, their blood status, and age. This is ALL up to you! Please be aware though, that not everyone can be pureblood or muggleborn. Halfbloods are of the majority of the population. There is no ban on it, but if we see that things are getting too uneven, we may have to, and we really don't want to. If you come across a ## by the character you wish to play, this is basically stating that there is no set age for them, and you are welcome to choose it yourself, provided you choose a number above 20, because anyone with ## next to their name will be considered an adult.

If you're hoping to reserve a character, that is more than acceptable. You can reserve a character for 3 days. You have until midnight on the third day. If your application is not present by then, the reservation will be removed. You may however still post the app, provided your character of choice has not been re-reserved by someone else. We'd prefer not to do any extensions on reservations because that could get unfair and complicated. However if you have good enough reason, involving family or something, we may be willing to allow it. If you wish to reserve a character please fill out the form below.
