She stepped away from her nanny, a middle-aged woman who had practically raised her since her birth, and began to move gracefully into the kitchens. Each step was so beautifully effortless, her head held high and chest pushed slightly outward. Every movement, every word that escaped her lips seemed to jump off the pages of a fairytale. Beauty was something, her tutors had taught her, that could most definitely be taught. She glances over her shoulder, her breathing beginning to slow as she assures herself that no one is going to walk into the kitchen at this hour. Her father, who was unaccounted for at the moment, had some kind of business meeting within the next hour or so. Because of that, an array of cakes and pastries had been made to to honor their house guest. If one thing could be said about the Llewellyn's, they weren't one for the word small. Every detail, every action had a reason behind it, and that's why most people thought they were a perfect little family. The thing that most people don't realize is, as most upstanding families go, there's always something going on behind closed doors. Druella, for example, despised every minute of the life she was leading. Arranged marriages, though she had been planning for one her entire life, were a scary notion that must be pushed quickly away to make room for new conversation. Her diet, which consisted mostly of raw vegetables mixed into a bit of dry lettuce and oil, was what bothered her most of all. It was her dorm mates at Hogwarts that had first showed her the joy of sweets, something she was very rarely aloud in order to keep a proper figure for when it came time for her wedding. Finally giving in to the fact that her nanny was on the other side of the manor, along with a number of house elves, she scanned the platter with lustful eyes. They landed on a small cake, from what she could see, frosted with a strawberry glaze. She picks one up, nibbling off the side a little and quickly realizing that they were the lemon filled strawberry cakes that she had served at her last birthday party.Nearly salivating as soon as the glaze touches her lips, she swings open the kitchen door and begins to make her way towards the large marble staircase. She had gotten away with it, but if she wanted to keep her sweetnapping a secret, she'd have to hide away in her room for now. About half way to the first step she hears the door bell, a loud church-bell type noise that fills the house and causes the house elves to squirm from across the way. She presses the button on the wall, shutting the chime off and seizing anyone that may have been on their way. But, oh no..Her eyes lower to examine the cake, and for a moment, she looks like a little girl that failed at getting her way. Her heart is pounding, looking for the nearest hiding place so that she can answer the door without seeming impolite for making their guest wait so long. She tosses it, hardly paying attention to where it would land. The small square slides across the grand piano, falling into - Her eyes widen, lips barely moving as she mouths the words, "great grandfather's urn." Her lips quivering, she walks very slowly towards the front door, clearing her throat before pulling it open. Inside, she's fighting the urge not to hyperventilate, but outside, she seems calm and composed. Her hands slide down the sides of her pink sundress, making sure that any wrinkles haven't formed across the body of the skirt. "Welcome to our home, sir," she curtsey's, her eyes not yet focusing on who it was. They take a moment to look him up and down, deciding that he's quite handsome, if a bit younger than she had anticipated. "I believe you're here for a meeting with my father, who I'm very regretful to inform you, is away at the moment. Would you like to wait for him in the sun-room, or perhaps the den?" Her blue eyes glide up to meet his, offering a charming, but all together fake smile.this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 723 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU WHERE IT'S DARK, BUT HAVE NO FEAR THERE'S SOMETHING INSIDE YOU IT'S HARD TO EXPLAIN THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT YOU BOY BUT YOU'RE STILL THE SAME. I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU WHERE IT'S DARK, HAVE NO FEAR. I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU. I'm giving you a night call;Sebastian LaCroix was the perfect pawn for the Dark Lord at the moment, and that was probably why he was most favored above many of the current death eaters nowadays. No, take that back. In a game of chess, Sebastian was definitely more than just a mere pawn. He held enough power in his hands to bring the whole Ministry crashing to the ground. And until that day happens, he’ll just stick to having the Minister in his back pocket. What a clever boy he was… and that was why he was absolutely not a pawn. He was a knight, if not a queen. It was a gift, truly, to be able to convince the greatest witches and wizards he was just a harmless boy wishing to make the world a better place. That was his special talent. He was a con artist of con artists, a thief among the thieves. Following the Minister around didn’t always seem to be the most pleasant, as Sebastian wasn’t a fan of babysitting sniveling babies, however he was in the perfect place for an Imperius Charm or even to kill the Minister if necessary. It brought importance to the young death eater, and really… his head probably didn’t need to be inflated any more. Of course, being important came with a lot of responsibilities. Some were things that Sebastian could easily pawn off to other people… but this one required his full attention. This business meeting had caught the young French boy by complete attention when the name “Llewllyn” left lips of those in his office. Sebastian didn’t travel as much as other pureblood families did, but he knew the important names by heart. As a child he was often drilled by his father so that when the day came, he would know who to impress for future favors and to help move the LaCroix name forward. The LaCroix family was a well off name, but they were never as affluent as the Llewllyn name. This was a chance for him to bring a little pride to his family, so of course he was going to take the meeting with Mr. Llewllyn for the Minister. This was his chance to make a wave in the social aspect of pureblood society. Sebastian wore what others would consider their Sunday best. The dark black cloak was crisp, not even a tad bit faded, as though it was new from the store. The long blond locks were combed back so a hat could sit snug without rogue wisps hanging about. Appearances were nearly everything in this separate chess game of social standing. And if Sebastian had to say anything, he would note that he definitely looked dashing enough to enter such a household like the Llewllyn’s. Without much further ado, Sebastian found himself apparating to the large doors to the oversized mansion… arriving with a resounding CRACK. It was only then that he reached with his wand to gingerly touch the doorbell to announce his presence. As he waited, his fingers instinctively to move to straighten out the already pin straight robes… it was sheer habit. Even such a confident man could have a little nerves now and then. They were especially bad when it seemed so long for the doors to be pulled open. As the doors swung open, Sebastian allowed a polite smile to stretch across his lips. As he peered at the younger lady, he could see a fake smile returned back to him. Of course Sebastian could see that it was fake. If it was anybody who would spot a fake smile, it was him. His was equally not-so-genuine, but he had an advantage over the younger woman. He was well practiced in that art. ”It’s a pleasure to meet you… Ms.” His French accent was weak after living in Britain for some time now… but it had a way of creeping through his words and sometimes twisting sentences into an occasional mess. ”I am Sebastian LaCroix, junior assistant to the Minister of Magic… mmm… sure, i truly don’t mind. whenever you are comfortable of entertaining me.” Before stepping into the house, he took the cap off of his head to brush any lingering snow off. It was proper etiquette after all. Waiting for this lady to take the lead, all Sebastian could do was to follow her around like a duckling to the destination. Of course, this wasn’t a terrible thing. Oh no, this gave him a proper view of all the right curves his hostess seemed to have. ”And may I ask who my lovely escort is tonight?” YAYAYAYAYAY I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear.by alkali at atf

It was normal behavior for a Llewellyn to check the backgrounds of those entering their well secured manor, long before they reached the front steps. This was a man of importance, perhaps the future Minister of Magic for all she knew, and deserved her undivided attention. Unfortunately for her, that meant she'd have to stop looking back at the urn that had been accompanied by her strawberry lemon cake. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Lacroix. I apologize if my welcoming wasn't to your liking, I didn't know I had a man of such importance in my company."She lowers her head as a sign of respect, but only for a few seconds before it lifts proudly back into the air. Though she was a woman and thus had a lesser role in the household, you could hardly tell that it was in any way upsetting to her. Her posture was flawless, dainty and graceful as she twirled herself in the opposite direction. Out of the corner of her eye she sees a house elf moving towards the entrance hall. Oh, no you don't.. "That won't be necessary. Go back to your quarters immediately, tell the others to do the same," she says in a dignified, demanding voice that she so rarely gets to use. She continues to walk towards the sun-room, one of the walls, as well as the ceiling, made completely of glass to grand entrance to the bright orange toned rays. It was there that she stopped at the door, wanting him to move in front of her as a courtesy. He was worthy of more respect than she was, and she's entitled to remind him of that. "I'm dreadfully sorry, Sir, my manners are simply atrocious this evening," Druella's soft voice calls out when he asks for her name. "I'm Ms. Druella Llewellyn," she gives another quick curtsy, then motioning towards the door. "After you, Sir. I insist." Inside the room the fireplace is burning, sparks flicking through the air and leaving a slight glow on the bear skin rug that sits in front of it. The floors are made of wood, perhaps mahogany, and the walls (apart from the glass one just ahead) are lined with portraits and shelves that house expensive artifacts. To her, they were of no importance, just some dull old things laying around that she had been instructed to never touch since her childhood. A table was in the center of the room, an array of fruit in the middle of it, as well as a few candlesticks. "And again," she adds, "I apologize for my father's tardiness. It's unlike him, I assure you."this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU. I'm giving you a night call;”No need for such a fuss. Your welcoming was plenty tasteful. I could only thank you for letting me into your humble household.” Oh the banter of curtsies were going to get old fast for the poor boy, but thankfully he was well rehearse… just like this little lass seemed to be. At least the walk to the sun room seemed to be rather quiet, thankfully. Not to mention, it was filled with amusement as well. His family’s house was not as well adorned as such, so it was interesting to look around at all the interior that looked new and ancient at the same time. Social protocol suggested he kept his face at a level of unamusement, but internally he could appreciate the Llewellyn’s good taste. Not to mention it was always a sign of a good household on how the masters treated their servants. Sebastian was slightly impressed by the firmness in Druella’s tone towards the disgusting house elves that appeared. Once again, social protocol only allowed Sebastian to react to such a scene with just a mere eyebrow raise. Sebastian allowed himself to enter the room first, allowing himself to glance around before moving to find a seat to settle himself down into as he waited for the master of the house to appear. ”Thank you, miss. It is a pleasure to meet you. I hope my presence hasn’t caused any trouble… and as for your father, it is surely my fault anyway for being early.” Yes, it was a lesson to be learned. Even if you were on time, if you arrive before the host was ready… especially such an important host… you are just too early. ”Besides, I am sure a dutiful daughter such as yourself is quite the conversational artist and would do a great job entertaining your guests until his return.” Once again, just mere social drawl that was exiting from his lips. Once again, he allowed his eyes to roam the room and the many portraits that gazed curiously at him. It was quite unnerving, to be honest. It was almost like being put on the spot in front of generations of the Llewellyn family. Spotting a familiar face in one, he looked towards the family portrait. ”Your mother is beautiful, you look very much like her. Such a strong looking brother, as well. Will she and your brother be joining us soon, as well?” Once again, just another social trick that was mastered during long and dreadful dinners his own family had hosted. Just pretend to be interested in the family or find a common interest… something to keep conversation going. Nothing was more dangerous than silence. You could only stare back at an expressionless man for so long before beginning to question your quality as a host. He was kind to her though, something that was quite surprising to her as she had met several rude individuals in past years. A gentlemen, especially as good looking as this man was, was often unheard of when it came to her father's guests. She too was growing tired of such droll small talk, but there was little she could do about it. The conversation would go wherever he led it, and it was her duty to follow that guideline. If he wished to discuss politics, although they didn't interest her, she'd listen as if it were the most interesting thing she had ever heard. "You embarrass me, Mr. Lacroix. My father is a far better conversationalist, but I hope to inherit that trait in due time," she says charmingly, the corners of her lips curving upward to form a delicate smile. Druella pushes a wooden chair out, taking a seat and allowing her hands to flatten her dress before they intertwine on her lap."I see you've found our family portrait," she starts, looking it over for a short time and taking in the vision of an expressionless, well dressed household. "I'm sure my mother would be pleased to hear you say that, Sir. I'm the only one present at the moment though, as my mother and brother had errands to attend to this evening. I think you'd get along with my brother quite well. He's very much like you." That was meant to be a compliment, though she couldn't really see why, the more she thought about it. The two of them showed very little emotion, and the conversation was one she had had several times before. It was almost like a broken record. She tries to think of something to move the conversation forward, to something not as dull as her family was. "If it isn't too shrewd of me to ask, Mr. Lacroix, do you enjoy your job? It seems ever so interesting." I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU WHERE IT'S DARK, HAVE NO FEAR. I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU. I'm giving you a night call;Sebastian nodded and listened as Druella as she spoke of her father being a great conversationalist. At least that meant there wasn’t going to be a lot of pressure on him to keep talking during their meeting, whatever it was about again. Surely Mr. Llewellyn had something to inform the Minister about. Perhaps a bit of advice to the Minister that could barely even tie his own shoe… and to think he was suppose to be one of the smartest wizards alive! Somebody young wizards could look up to and admire. It was truly pitiful that these guys didn’t even know the true man that was running the government…. and they thought the Dark Lord was going to be the downfall of wizarding kind. ”I am sure a lucky man to be offered a chance to speak with your father. He seems like a remarkable and talented man. I hope to learn a lot from him during our meeting.” As Druella continued on about the portrait, Sebastian’s eyes found their back to reexamine the figures standing there. Of course, the generalized compliments were common ones so he didn’t truly have to look at them… but she mentioned how her brother and him were alike. Surely she jested. He couldn’t see it at all. The boy looked sullen with such a blank look up on his face. He looked rather half-witted, and that was definitely like Sebastian. Sure, conversation was merely boring right now but it was obvious that both were on their best behavior to represent their families well. The prime example of such manners were shown as the words that dropped from Sebastian’s lips were the exact opposite from his rather crude thoughts. ”Why thank you.”Thankfully, like a great conversationalist she was probably trained as, Druella was able to make a dramatic yet subtle change in conversation. Beautiful timing seeing as the family conversation was dying quite fast. ”Oh heavens no!” Sebastian couldn’t help but laugh at the idea of his work being amusing… in more ways than what was meant. ”I can’t imagine anything I do being interesting… but it is necessary. Governing and creating laws to protect the people… I feel very honored to have to position… but I do miss my schooling years, however.” Not like it was that long ago. ”I assume you are still in school then? Hogwarts, I presume…. that’s the most popular around here… isn’t it? Are you enjoying it?” YAYAYAYAYAY I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear.by alkali at atf

One could only sit still for so long listening to a man kiss up to your family, just like plenty of others had done before him. She looks down, examining her fingernails for a moment, praying for her father to step through the door and release her from the conversation. At least she'd get to take advantage of her father's compliments for taking care of his guest while he was away, which was always nice. It wasn't often that she was commended for doing well. Her blackened eyelashes flutter upward when he asks a question, surprising to her, as people having an interest in her life wasn't something that happened on a consecutive basis. She had grown to live with the fact that no one cared what she did, it was all about who she'd marry. The compliments he gave - she knew all of it was for a reason, and he probably didn't mean half of what he was saying. She hated that. "Really, Sir? Not interesting in the least?" Her eyes widen slightly, not expecting to hear him say anything remotely like that. She would never say anything against such a strong sector of government within the presence of new company. She leans back in her chair, tongue running gently across her glossy pink lips before she has time to realize what she's doing. It's pulled quickly back into her mouth, clearly a bad habit of hers. "It's a very admirable position," she agrees, and then that word. Hogwarts. "I only recently began attending Hogwarts. Most of my schooling was done at Beauxbatons Academy, in France, far more prestigious than Hogwarts, I assure you." She very clearly ignores his question about how she likes the school, not wanting to go into a fit about how much she despised the place in front of a guest. this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU. I'm giving you a night call;Sebastian’s eyes took in the slight widening of the eyes as she processed his comment about the Ministry. It created quite the chain reaction because a small crooked smile… and genuine… seemed to overtake his lips. Oh yes, he did just say that about their dear little Ministry. Especially during boring conversation, Sebastian did try his best to keep his conversation partner a little on toes a bit. Okay, so perhaps being the good little house visitor was getting to be rather boring. ”Aucun, miss. How could you find sitting in an office with old men interesting? Perhaps if there was a lovely lady there such as yourself, it would make things a lot more interesting…” It would’ve been interesting, indeed. ”Of course,” Sebastian continued lightly, making his words stay well within the lines of ‘politically correct” conversation, ”that doesn’t change the fact that what we do in the Ministry is of upmost importance. I have nothing but respect for those I work with. Definite pioneers in the field of lawmaking.” If you were Leda, Sebastian’s best friend, you would have known that was a direct lie. The times Sebastian had compared the Minister to a daft goat was uncountable. To say that Sebastian’s eyes didn’t light up ever so slightly at the mention of Beauxbatons Academy, would be a lie. It was nearly enough to make Sebastian forget about Druella’s little quirk with the tongue, but he’d store that in his memory to review later. No, she was talking about France. Sebastian himself was born and raised in Paris, so any talk of his home country did nothing but make his stomach yearn a little more for home. He definitely missed his home when it was compared to disgusting London. Leaning forward, body language suggested he was more engaged in the conversation… a definite turn from disinterested lean against the back of the seat he was doing mere seconds ago, Sebastian couldn’t help but speak about this. ”Beauxbâtons est évidemment plus distingué que Poudlard. Je suis impressionné que vous avez fréquenté l'académie il. Par rapport à une telle éducation, Poudlard doit être une blague.” He wasn’t biased at all… nope nope. Translation: Beauxbatons is obviously more distinguished than Hogwarts. I'm impressed that you have attended the academy there. Compared to such education, Hogwarts must be a joke. She could always spot the real ones from the fake, and it could tell you quite a bit about who you were conversing with. "You're too kind, Mr. Lacroix," she muses, sitting more upright in her chair now that she had gained some level of greater confidence. "But it is best for you to save that conversation when you are around my father, who in fact, works with you at the ministry. I'm sure he would be of a far lesser amusement." Although, she found it alarmingly interesting. His mannerisms were faltering, not in a way that made him seem rude, but honest. She found it alluring. A smile, this one genuine, spreads across her pale peach lips. Her parents, who had sent her there because of that incident with her elder brother, didn't seem to realize the extreme differentiation between schools. Or, if they did, they didn't seem to care. If Maxwell was to attend Hogwarts, she had no choice but to follow. She leans in slightly, getting more interested in the conversation. "It's as if you've read my mind, Sir. Hogwarts is filled with, pardon my language, dogs. They have no common decency nor fashion sense, and their language is strictly speaking, appalling. It's nice to speak with someone that has such similar views, I assure you."Her eyes lighting up, she gazes over to him, her voice calm and clear. "Where, if I may be so bold to ask, did you receive your schooling?" She was getting a little braver as their conversation went on, which encouraged the hint of confidence he had given her.this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'm giving you a night call;Sebastian couldn’t help the small smirk when Druella mentioned what would be her father’s amusement at his words, or lack thereof. ”Aye. I don’t assume he’d fancy that sort of talk… would he? That’ll be our little secret… right?” Yeah, so much for making a good impression of little miss decided to run and tell dear daddy everything this stranger said. Which, in all honesty, Sebastian pretty much expected from the situation. He shouldn’t have been too lax in his conversation. It was his fault and would have to work harder to give a better impression when the master of the house appeared. As for the present, however, he already broke that impression for the lady. Why work so hard to keep up appearances? Not to mention, this little lady was making it quite difficult to keep the conversation dull and unentertaining. Especially when the conversation turned to their mutual dislike for Hogwarts as a school. Oh dear… it looked like little miss perfect had a lot to say when it came to such a dreadful school like Hogwarts. It truly showed how much more enriched other students were at different academies. Sebastian actually liked this little spitfire side of her. It was much more interesting than watching a stone cold piece of machinery speak to him. It actually made looking at her more tolerable… and the view was quite enjoyable if he must say so himself. Not that he made a habit of looking at skirt hems of women of Druella’s age. ”Actually! I attended one of Beauxbaton’s brother schools, and hosted some of their masquerades. It is an all boy’s academy… perhaps you heard of mordantbaton? I assure you, it has much more class than what school you are attending now, rest assured.” YAYAYAYAYAY I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear.by alkali at atf

hold a smile; Some things we don't talk about better do without just hold a smile we're falling in and out of love the same damn problem together all the while you can never say never why we don't know when time and time again younger now then we were before picture, you're the queen of everything as far as the eye can see under your command i will be your guardian when all is crumbling steady your hand we're falling apart and coming together again and again don't letThat'll be our little secret, right? She liked the sound of that, but as someone who wasn't entirely use to such talk, she probably took it in an unintended direction. She had just met this man, and there were already finding common interest. Perhaps she'd give him a good word with her father after all, because that might mean more frequent visits, and thus someone to talk to. After all, they had moved on from small talk, something she wasn't use to happening, especially as quickly as it did. Druella giggled in reply to this, listening to his words, which seemed to drip like honey from his lips. Her hand raises to cover her mouth as she does this, not expecting her own laughter, and getting a little uncomfortable because of it. She didn't want to embarrass herself in front of him. "Very well, then," she continues, trying to collect herself after her little fumble, "our little secret it will be." Had she not been so innocent in departments of such an adult nature, she would have picked up on his flirtatious tone. Yet, she did not. "How interesting," she says brightly, "I have heard of that! My father attended Durmstrang, which is another top-rated academy, but I've always admired the complexity of French schooling. Not to mention that I find France to be simply divine," she goes on. Tap, tap, tap. A beak pecks at the wooden panel on the outside of the sun-room, specifically put there to prevent damage to the house when owls came their way."If you'll excuse me for just a moment, I'd love to continue our conversation, Mr. Lacroix." She gets up from the chair, gracefully moving towards the sun-room door. "Thank you, Regynold," she says, grabbing a pellet from the basket near the doorway and handing it off to the bird after she took the letter. "Oh, well-," Druella gulps, turning to look back at Sebastian. "It seems my father is being held up at the Ministry, and won't be around for another two hours or so. He sends his sincerest apologies, and says that you may reschedule if you do not wish to wait any longer." Her eyelashes are fluttering, eyes begging him to stay. She wasn't use to house guests, especially ones that held real conversations. When one only has a nanny and tutors to keep them company, it gets quite boring. this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'M GIVING YOU A NIGHT CALL TO TELL YOU HOW I FEEL I WANT TO DRIVE YOU THROUGH THE NIGHT, DOWN THE HILLS I'M GONNA TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR I'M GONNA SHOW YOU. I'm giving you a night call;Sebastian was rather enthralled. He didn’t realize how innocent the Llewellyn children appeared to be. Of course, he couldn’t yet place if that was the case with this lady yet. The way that Druella giggled and hid her mouth… it was pretty much one of the least innocent things that could have happened. At least in the world of flirting. It was probably in that moment, it was like a switch that went off in Sebastian’s mind. It wasn’t an uncommon one, but at that moment he saw the young woman as a possible prospect. Yes, it was fun to entertain the idea of wooing a Llewellyn while daddy was away on business. It would be a fun little game. Unfortunately, daddy was expected to be home any minute so he’d just have to set things up as though there was a future for this plan. Oh, if only Leda was here to see this one. Even she would have to be impressed at the ingenuity of bedding one of the most powerful names of all time. Of course, maybe he’d even enjoy playing out this little scenario in his head. Sebastian was a complex creature. So many goals and masks… only Leda seemed to understand him… even more than what he understand himself as well. One thing that did rather make Sebastian eager to continue this conversation and game with Druella was the fact that she was more than willing to give France a positive name in his presence. He was most definitely proud of his home and his school. His light French accent, hidden now behind learned English slang and disgusting meter, was what helped let Sebastian identify himself. It was quite delightful when somebody else saw the wonder that was of France. ”I’ve heard of Durmstrang being one of the top schools, but there is just something about the French.” A laugh fell from his lips as Sebastian fought back the urge to give a small wink. After all, he must behave. Unfortunately, an owl seemed to interrupt the conversation. Which was quite disappointing because it was just starting to go the way that Sebastian wanted it to. Luckily, as his blue eyes watched her go retrieve the letter like a proper lady, Sebastian was met with some of the best news. Daddy dearest wasn’t going to be home for a few more hours. Really, that was almost like Christmas came a bit early for a predatory creature like Sebastian. Not to mention, the look in that poor girl’s eyes (a look Sebastian knew all too well from different women)… who was he to deny her such a wish? ”I’m sorry to hear that. I was looking forward to hearing his ideas for the Ministry… as well as I was hoping to see more of this great manor of his. Truly, it would be too rude of me to ask of a tour, would it?”YAYAYAYAYAY I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear.by alkali at atf

This was it, she thought, he was going to leave her to her solitude. But wait, there was still hope left. Sebastian wasn't leaving, at least not yet. "Why, I would be honored to give you a tour, Mr. Lacroix. It's the least I could do, considering how long you've had to wait." A smile, this one more real than the last, curves across her lips, her teeth sinking down into the lower. She hadn't meant to flirt with the older man, honestly, it was just the excitement of spending time with someone new that caused her to giggle and bite.Had she been able to see herself, she would have been ashamed. "As you know," Druella introduces, motioning towards a glass cabinet, "my brother and I attended far more prestigious schools before now. In here you'll find a number of awards we've earned over the years while in attendance, things of that nature. Other things you'll find in here are family heirlooms, nothing too interesting." She walks over to the large oak doors, pushing them open and stepping outside. "Would you like to begin with the upper, or lower floors? Down here you'll find the servant quarters, kitchens, dining hall, father's office, things of that sort. The middle and upper floors house the bedrooms, tutoring areas, and more personal spaces, as well as the ball room."She truly had no idea what she was getting herself into when she had giggled and blushed back at her guest, who seemed to have the worst intentions. She maintained her innocence, smiling and enjoying his company, so incredibly clueless. this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION

I'm giving you a night call;Druella may have been ashamed of her actions, but Sebastian was almost to the state of being elated at the signs she was displaying. Really, this couldn’t be in any way easier for him… she was basically begging for Sebastian to stay and execute a few moves. Not to mention, if somebody were to see something… Sebastian could easily say that Druella was the first to initiate anything with that flirtatious gaze. He had a reason and an escape plan. It was almost too perfect. Moving to stand up from his seat, Sebastian allowed himself to stretch before moving to a standing position. Casually, he followed his little escort through the room to gaze down at the trophies. Sure, he’d nod and appreciate them but that wasn’t where his mind resided. No, he was just playing his game… standing close to the girl as she pointed out the awards and not-very-interesting heirlooms. Maybe even occasionally letting his body accidentally brush against hers. Meaningless things, for now. As Druella moved to open the large oak doors, Sebastian followed close behind. ”Well, I don’t know how interesting looking at silverware would be. And if you see one servant quarter, you’ve seen them all. I suppose, if you’d be so kind, I would prefer to go upstairs. I’d love to have a good look at your ball room.” Of course, the idea of the “personal spaces” not being too far away was a good thing to if things went the way he planned them too. ”I am sure it would be very interesting to see how the great Llewellyns live on a day to day basis. At the Ministry, the others can only dream how such a great and old family would lavishly live.” YAYAYAYAYAY I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear.by alkali at atf

"Your honesty is duly noted, and much appreciated," she tells him softly, an airiness to her voice. She begins walking up the steps, a bit slow really, considering that she was trying to give Sebastian the time to take in the walls and the beautiful paintings that lined them. "You continue to honor my family with such talk," she adds, not looking back when she says this. "You're already going to get the utmost praise when my father asks of you, I can promise you that. I'm far too used to conversations that run in circles, and you offered me more. Thank you." She says this in hopes that he'll continue talking to her as he did in the sun-room, rather than paying long repetitive compliments to her family name. Surely she knew her name was great, but living as a Llewellyn was far different from looking at one from the outside. Now, after all her teachings, compliments as a whole seemed so incredibly fake."Now," she says, as if the last sentence didn't happen," here we have the second floor, housing several hundred rooms, most of them guest bedrooms. The ones closest to us are Maxwell's bedroom, on the far left, and mine - the white and gold door, on the far right. If you continue down this hallway, just past the bedrooms, you'll find the ball room." She opens the doors when they reach it, finally granting view of the room - massive, with beautiful wood floors and over the top designs that had been made to replicate Versailles. "Feel free to have a look around, and do let me know if you have any questions." She too steps into the room, her heels clapping against the newly shined floors, her every movement echoing throughout the room. She was still playing the perfect little hostess, if not more so, to try and cover her slip-up. this is for druella and sebastian. this post is 461 words. person is wearing this. when? winter break, 1977. she's only roaming around the house, so a sundress is somehow appropriate. ha!TILLIE AT CAUTION
