CD was meant to do it a while ago. Maybe he wants people to replace their positions before he takes them down. Although he's probably just forgotten.

No no you're right. But there is a reason why I've held out this long.
Darksora was a good member. He was called away for business, I think I head something about University I can't remember. Anyway Saya was to take his place while he was away, but again she disappeared too. So I've held out this long to see if they'd return, but since that ain't happening, I suppose now's as good a time as ever.
