Topic Title: Lastname, Firstname (no official titles, no dr. or nurse or intern. just first and last)

**Doctor falls under many categories. You can't simply say doctor, you have to say specifically what kind of doctor you are. Psychiatrist, Therapist...etc.
**Those who will be nurses, can choose their occupation to be RN, CNA, or Orderly
**Interns are just interns :P
