Welcome to Plymouth, MA, a small but bustling port city on the Atlantic ocean. The population has been growing steadily for the past few years, and so have the city-limits. We're proud of our expansion. Unfortunately, with all this growth, the gap between our city and the next is being closed. Little did we know, that land is not uninhabited. There are magical races there, creatures strange to us, but not entirely different. We're encroaching on their land, and they don't like it. Tensions are beginning to rise and while the Silver Moon Corp is doing its best to keep everyone placated, we can only expect so much before something breaks. We only hope the friendlier races hold the upper hand among them. For now we just know to mind the gap.

So, Cecy is a quiet girl. Actually, she barely talks. Her mother was a kind of awful woman and didn't think much of her daughter. Either did the many men she brought home through Cecy's childhood. They especially didn't think much of her avid reading, belittling her for her intelligence. However, rather than discouraging her from being herself and delving into books, it simply turned her off to people, in general, and socializing with them.
During her life in Plymouth, she essentially only spoke when it was absolutely necessary. She would answer questions and give short greetings when coming and going, but other than that, she remained silent.
Aside from actually escaping her horrible home and finding a place where reading was appreciated, her biggest dream was to move in to a beautiful Colonial home in town. She would stare at it daily. One day when she drifted off reading across the street from this home, the Silver Moon Corporation took her away, making her one of their workers, one of the Arcane.
She accepted her new life gleefully. Not only was she finally away from her mother and that home, but she was living in a world of fantasy, a world straight from one of her fairy tale books. What more could she ask for?
A few months after her abduction, or as she thinks of it, her rescue, she realized she was able to turn invisible. It happened first unexpectedly, after a long period of her usual silence, nose buried between pages of a story. After that, she learned to control it, manipulate it, so that she could disappear at will (though it still happens by accident at times when it's been long since she's moved much or spoken). She can even turn things (and people) she is touching invisible at these times, though that takes much more energy and concentration.
»Friends
Well, given that she doesn't talk much and that she thinks most people are kind of awful and dumb, I don't know how many friends she'll have, but unless it's someone who just hates reading, she doesn't do much to piss people off either.
»Enemies
Er...see above? However, if the person does dislike reading, or thinks intelligence is useless in life, then she'll hold extra disdain for them, certainly.
»Lovers Okay, I know this whole "silence" thing is making this almost a futile effort but...yeah. It'll just take someone a little more extra effort to break through Cecy's shell.

Vlad & Cecy
I'm pretty sure we've talked a little about this (yeah... a little) but Vlad's definitely going to like her. Not at first because ... UM HELLO she wants to aresst him but I know he'll be curious about her because she can be invisible and that's not something you see everyday!
Vlad will also really love that she reads a lot and is intelligent because he'd like to know how to speak English a lot better and would like to learn how to read it as well. So he'd probably bring her like small dead animals to offer her so she'll teach him how to read and then just because he wants to after he likes her? IDK. She'll find some sort of critter on her doorstep sometimes. LOL.
I look forward to her yelling at him. ;D GUESS SHE'S NOT SO QUIET. <3

aphra & cecy
since aphra's pretty quiet too if they were ever to meet (maybe cecy could be ambassadoring at the palace caverns or s/t) they'd...not NOT get along? x3 i think aphra would kind of bug her maybe tho. YOU'RE FROM OUTSIDE when she actually does talk. like alla time. yeah. xD
july & cecy
okay sooo july and cecy would be interesting. i think cecy would kinda drive july crazy with how quiet she is but i also think july would be like FUCK YEAH HARBORING FUGITIVES and she doesn't dislike reading so i don't know. but i think it'd be interesting to see like intra-arcane relationships. xDD
errol & cecy
errol probably wouldn't trust her much more than the average human if they ever met. i don't have any specific ideas buuut idk he could feel like she's encroaching on their territory or s/t if she ever has to deal with the cherynis?

Cecy & Vlad
Psssh. Yes. <3 Not much else to say!
Cecy & Aphra
Cecy would probably die to ambassador (is that a verb?) at the Gray palace/caverns. Honestly. She'd probably be thinking "fairy princess!" the whole time, hah! Of course she wouldn't say it, though, for a few reasons...
And I don't know if Aphra would bug her so much as overwhelm her, since people didn't usually talk back to her, either. She might grow to like it. We can definitely see if these two work as friends =]
Cecy & July
July will definitely overwhelm Cecy. And probably turn her off a bit, since she seems more abrasive than not, and that's the kind of person she really dislikes. More than everyone else, that is. But if she did find out about the harboring fugitives and didn't turn her in, Cecy would be grateful! Potential tensions/drama here?
Cecy & Errol
If Errol got touchy with her, she'd probably try really hard to explain that she didn't want to be an enemy of the Wolves, and that she was helping one, even! But she also might just stare at him and run away because they are still kind of scary to her. She'll probably generally keep her distance from them, especially when they're in packs, at least when she's not invisible. Though even then, they'd still be able to smell her....
