I think that is Hayden Penattiere sp? she said the person in the picture has been a model on the cover and the photographer had to remove a tattoo as to not give the person away. Off the bat I kinda knew it wasn't Marisa. XD

Edit: I could also see that as being Britney Spears, but I don't know.
