REGLAS EN ESPAÑOL: (Actualizado: Noviembre 2006)


Las reglas de este foro son muy simples:
el objetivo es divertirnos, y crear una comunidad y un espacio abierto para opinar, comentar, aprender, compartir, conocer, etc. pero sin que ello implique agresiones o violar los principios básicos del foro.

**Reglas Básicas del Foro**

1-www.madonnachile.cl no se responsabiliza ni implícita ni explícitamente por los mensajes enviados por sus miembros.

2-Los miembros son total responsable del contenido de los mensajes que envíes a cualquier área de nuestro foro, todo mal acto que hagas sera responsabilidad tuya y en ningun caso de el webmaster, administrador o moderadores. Ten en cuenta que eres responsable de postear fotos de ámbito privado.

3-Los subforos estan separados por categorias para tratar un tema en cada uno. Los mensajes que no correspondan al tema general del subforo serán movidos a consideracion de los moderadores. No postees mensajes en subforos incorrectos.

4-No escribas tus mensajes completamente en mayusculas. En internet se da a pensar que estas gritando. Utilizalo solamente para resaltar alguna oración y/o palabra.

5-No se permite SPAM, Si lo realizas tus post seran eliminados y corres peligro de ser banneado o que se cancele tu cuenta, La publicación de links en firmas y mensajes está sujeta al criterio de cada miembro del staff

6-Esta completamente prohibido tener mas de 1 cuenta de usuario en el foro, en el caso de que se encuentren 2 o mas cuentas de un mismo usuario, las cuentas recientes seran eliminadas o suspendidas, si esto no es respetado por el miembro tambien sera banneada o cancelada su primera cuenta segun sea el caso.

7-Todo material pornografico debe ser ingresado en los subforos de: ''sexo y xxx'' o ''Vida sexual y Emotiva'' (y sus respectivos subforos en otros idiomas) , los videos y fotos posteados pueden ser removidos si estas incluyen material inapropiado para la seccion xxx.

8-El foro no es un chat. No desvirtues los temas teniendo una conversación con otro usuario. Usa los mensajes privados y el chat del foro para eso.

9-No respondas inutilmente a los posts. Limitate a responder cuando puedas sumar información al tema en cuestión, y no para hacer comentarios fuera de tema. Se permite saludar y hacer chistes siempre y cuando el tema y subforo lo permita.

10-Culaquier informacion, fotografia o multimedia que haya sido tomada de otra web, debe ser incluido los creditos de esta.

11-No descriminar a otros miembros ya sea por: sexo, pais, religion, etc..., todas las opiniones son respetadas, siempre cuando esten en el lugar correcto.

12-Si un miembro se refiere de forma negativa (insultos, ofensas, etc...) hacia un miembro del staff, su cuenta sera suspendida y corre el peligro de que su cuenta sea eliminada, en el caso de que alguien del staff se refiera de forma negativa hacia algun miembro del foro, esta debe ser informada al webmaster (huevito) de forma inmediata, segun el caso se vera el castigo a seguir.


*Consejos para una buena estadia dentro del foro

- Se paciente, algun miembro ya respondera tu mensaje.

- Ayuda a los miembros, especialmente a los nuevos.

- Si tienes algun problema con algun otro miembro del foro, por favor manda un mensaje privado al administrador o moderadores explicando la situacion.

- Lee tus mensajes privados, pueden ser algun mensaje importante de el administrador o moderador informandote de algo.

- Por favor revisen antes de postear, para no repetir temas.

- No ofendas a otro miembro burlandote de sus faltas ortográficas. Si notás alguna, hacéselo saber enviándole un mensaje privado.



*Cancelación de la cuenta y castigos

a.Si rompes alguna de las reglas antes mencionadas, se te hara una advertencia o un banneo. La severidad de la advertencia o el banneo, dependera de lo serio de la infracción. El no haber leido las reglas no los excusa de recibir la advertencia.

b.Para aquellos usuarios que se registren y no posteen durante el lapso de 2 mes, se les enviará un mail para recordarles que tienen una cuenta en el foro, y si no postean en 6 meses su cuenta sera eliminada.

c.Severidad de la advertencia o del banneo:
Si tienes problemas con algun miembro o con algun tema del foro, y realizas peleas y/o ofensas, recibiras una advertencia por parte del staff y si repites la ofensa seras banneado temporalmente (no podras ingresar a tu cuenta por 72hs.), si continuas con esa actitud, seras banneado permanentemente (se te prohibira el acceso al foro para siempre).



*Firmas y Avatares

El Avatar tiene que estar formado única y exclusivamente por una sola imagen igual o menor a 160 x 300 píxels.

La Firma: Puede estar formada por una o más imágenes, siempre y cuando sea menor a 600px de ancho por 300px de alto, puede ser menor, pero nunca mayor. En caso de escribir un texto en la firma, este tiene que estar libre de insultos, groserias o agravios.

FORUM'S RULES
The rules for this forum are very simple:
the aim is to have fun, and create a community and an open space to judge, comment, learn, share, know, and so on, not leading to aggressions, but respecting the basic principles of the forum.





**Basic Rules for the Forum**

1-www.madonnachile.cl is not responsible neither in an implicit nor an explicit way for the messages sent by its members.

2-Members are totally responsible for their messages' contents sent to any area of our forum, every bad thing you do will be your own responsibility and not the administrator's nor the moderator's. Keep in mind that you yourself are the responsible for posting private pictures.

3-The sub forums are separated by categories in order to deal with a specific theme. The messages that don't tally with the sub forum's general theme will be moved according to the moderators' consideration. Do not post messages on incorrect sub forums.

4-Do not write your complete messages on capital letters. People could think you are shouting. Use this just to make some statement or word stand out.

5-SPAM is not allowed. The links' publication on signatures or messages is liable to each moderator's judgment.

6-To publish pornographic material is not allowed, neither non-exclusive Madonna's material. Any other type of material will have to be authorized by the administrator of the forum.

7-Forum conversations are not chat conversations. Make the gossips efficient by not having a chat with other users. Use private messages in those cases.

8- Do not answer in an useless way to the posts. Restrict yourself to answer any time you're able to add information to the topic, and abstain yourself if your post is off topic. To greet and to joke is allowed just if the theme and the sub forum permit it.

9-Any information, picture or multimedia that has been taken from other webs, must include their credits.

10-Do not discriminate against other members because of their sex, country, religion, etc…, every opinion is respected, every time it's on the correct place.



*Advices for a good behavior inside the forum

-Be patient, in due course some member will answer your message.

-Assist the members, especially the new ones.

-Any problem you have with any member of the forum, please send a private message to the administrator or the moderators explaining the situation.

-Read your private messages, they could be important messages from the administrator or the moderator reporting you about something.

-Please check before posting, in order not to repeat topics.

-Do not offend any member joking about their orthographical faults. If you notice about it, make them know by sending a private message.



*Cancellation of the account and penalties

a.If you break any of the previous rules, you will be given a warning or a banning. The severity of the warning or banning will depend on the seriousness of the infringement. Haven't been able to read the rules won't excuse you about receiving that warning.

b.Those users who log in the forum and don't post during the lapse of 2 months, will be sent an e-mail to remind they have an account on this forum, and that if they don't post within 6 months their account will be deleted.

Warning or banning severity.

Generally you will receive a warning and if you keep on offending you will be banned temporally (you won't be able to log in for 72hs.), if you keep on with that attitude, you will be banned forever (you will be forbidden to have access to the forum forever).



*Signatures and Avatars

The Avatar has to be only and exclusively one image equal or smaller than 160 x 300 pixels.

The Signature: can be one or more images, but smaller than 600px wide x 300px high, it can be smaller, but never bigger. In the event of writing some text on the signature, it has to be free of insults, coarseness or offence.
