Please, do come in. And I shouldn't worry too much about treading on the carpet; it's already steeped in sand, litter and entrails as it is.

L.T.B.L, if you had not already guessed, is a horror-fantasy board revolving around the fragile co-existence between several widely varying umbrella races known as Humans, Seers, Shifters and Siren. Some are part of larger factions or families, others prefer going it alone. But for the purposes of the board, all our murderous and mysterious denizens call Bournemouth - the sea-side town of tourists, entertainment and art - their home. For the time being at least.

The Endless Ones said:
"Let There Be Life"

And, apparently, never stopped to think everyone might need a closer eye kept on them.

Forecast: Great Precipitation, Stay Outside
In this day and age if you've got money, you're a viable target and ID thieves know no limits when it comes to going after what you've got. Unfortunately for the customers of one bank's Bournemouth branch, a powerful hydrokinetic Siren is about to find out he is one such victim.

University of Bournemouth
despite the fact that the local college is pretty much entirely arts based, the university has a far more academic leaning. it has it's own library, a small stage, study halls and unisex dorms and surrounding accommodation.

grotty, dingy and cheap, cheap, cheap. depending on what your arrangement is with the owner, you can rent by the hour instead of by the night, but keep it hush hush between you and anyone but your girlfriends, ok?

Stage Fright
open mic nights, local bands, comedians, book groups and even a couple of magic acts. the accommodation is crappy but the lighting is low and you're guaranteed a good night out even if it's at the expense of who ever is dying out on stage.

larger than any other theater in the city, the Civic has an impressive lighting fix up, room for a small orchestra and an expensive sound booth and still manages to conjure refreshingly original productions without getting too big for it's boots.

conveniently named, considering the owner of this music label is a siren, though that's another story. setting up shop right beside the college and a bounding step away from the theater was an easy decision, the finger is definitely on the local pulse.

The Fair
this place was made of stern stuff. open for the majority of the year, the only time it actually closes in when the storm warnings are going off or the snow is rolling in. other than that, expect to see all the old favorites, minus the carnies.. they were upsetting the kids.

this building has been torn down, built up, gutted and renovated so many times, no-one even knows when it was originally erected.
the newest curator makes sure that it is kept spotless and quiet as a library, there's a feeling of reverence about it's halls.

alright, so they don't technically go down to the beach, but they're perched on the cliff surrounding it and they're the closest private buildings in ten minute's walking distance.

village | forest | stag lodge | inlet | hunter manor | residences |

the closest thing you can get to a commune in this area. most of the populace is made up of the Wornswords clan though they keep themselves low key. think homegrown vegetables, share and share alike and the huge forest that shares it's name falls under their jurisdiction too.

a small village from medieval times, saxons, romans and vikings have all called this place home. these days it's just a nice, if expensive, place to call your own.. many like the fact that a fresh water river courses straight through it.
