I know, I know, rules are boring. Well guess what? They're more fun to read than to type, so you're lucky. You can ask anyone who's ever made an RPG and they'll say the same thing. So just read through these real quick and you're good to go! I'll make it as fun as I can!

registering

This is so easy that a cat could do it blindfolded. All you have to do is click the little button that says REGISTER in the corner. Your username has to be your character's first, middle and last name in all CAPS, FIRST MIDDLE LAST. For example, NIAM STRIK MELLARK. Any user who accidentally makes a mistake in the name (typos, lowercase, so on...) can have their name edited to how ever they want. Just tell an admin in the chatbox and an admin will change it for you. Told you a cat could do it.

applying

Obviously, the purpose of joining this website is to role-play right? But sometimes it's hard to get into a character's shoes so we make terrible posts and don't even care. Well, that's why we have an app. Apps can really get you attached and imagine what you character has been through. So before you start posting, you have to fill out an app. It's for your benefit after all. To let you express your creativity to the highest degree, we have two apps you can choose from. The first is the classic app. It's basically like you are being interviewed from the eyes of your character. It's easy to use and works well if you are low in muse. The second kind of app is the freeform app. You can basically do whatever you want in it as long as you include basic information like personality, history, likes, dislikes, you get the picture. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and make one!

role-playing

Ahh, role-playing. The best part of the site. We have a few rules about it though, to make sure you have the best time. First, we are a mature level site as most invisionfree sites are. So if you are, oh I don't know, 13 or so, just know that some stuff like torture, pain, bloody scenes, etc. will be on here, so just make sure you can handle it. Honestly, I'm fine with people under 13 on here. I don't see an issue with it. Just don't flaunt it around, because if invisionfree shuts us down for that, it'll be on your conscience for a while. Ok? Second, I personally have a strict policy on sex threads. I don't wanna see 'em, know about them, hear about them, or anything involving them. It's just not fitting to the plot. End of discussion. This isn't a real life forum, or else I might allow it, but no. No exceptions! Now, I'm fine with the whole dating thing, if you want your character to date, I get it. So there, that's it, Third, we are a no-word count website, but that doesn't mean you can just post one-liners. Nope, you'll be PMed and asked to edit your post to at least a paragraph. Not too long, not too much work. If you just want to post liners, this isn't the site for you. The only exception is in the OOC section of the forum. Fourth, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! This site was made for your entertainment so have fun. And if I sounded rude at all during these rules, you can take away my chocolate privileges. (for 2 minutes) c:

No one is perfect, so don't make your characters perfect. Be realistic, a fourteen year old can NOT be the world's greatest fighter. Granted she can be good, but not invincible. Even Katniss had her weaknesses. -No character can die off without an admin's permission. Most of the time, we will allow it, but just so we're clear, you can't have your character kill anyone else's without their permission. Non-playing characters are fine, kill as you please. -No cyber-bullying. It's not cool and actually makes you a bigger wimp than people who are victims. Why bully people who you never have met and never will? Duh! -You are allowed to cuss, just not like crazy. One or two words per post depending on the length is fine. If your character is a jerk that's fine, just don't constantly use profanity. -If you have any questions at all, PM either me, Sophie, or Spike. Don't PM Nicky Boy, he's useless. We'll be more than happy to help.
