Gotham City Radio seems to be always on. The radio tower helps villains and heroes alike as it helps to bounce important radio singles around. Be careful, you never know who is listening in.

After driving out the rabble, Jason Todd occupied the home of a former enemy. The Falcone Penthouse overlooks what's left of Gotham's docklands and boardwalks - a remnant of the Falcone Family's paranoid need to oversee their businesses from afar. Under the Red Hood, the penthouse has been turned into a combination between a safe-house and an armory. What Jason could bring into Arkham has been stored there, and everything else he's collected in-between has been stashed there too. Unfortunately, the pool has frozen over in the winter, so that means no wintertime dips but the gardens are still lovely.

High Rollers used to toss their dice and dance as the light started to shine. Today, it's dead, but you may find a few Joker gang members playing the games that have been left behind.

In the heart of Amusement Mile is the Joker's lair. It is well marked, you really cannot miss it. As for the Joker, he tucked away deep inside. Only to come out when he is a good and ready.

Some what behind Joker's hideout is the northern docks. No ships are coming in or going out, though Tyger keeps watch with regular rounds.
