She's the daughter of the famous Lucius Fox. You know, the guy that makes the awesome gadgets for Batman? Yeah, that's him. Not much is known about his personal life, and he likes to keep it that way. He purposely kept Tam and his other children out of the limelight so Gotham would not get a hold of them, and he's doing a pretty good job so far.

<p> So far. Tam is 19 now and wants to leave the nest to start her own career...if you would call it that. She loves photography and wants to run her own business someday. She's currently taking night classes in business and photography, and works for her father's company as a secretary during the day. She doesn't need to technically work, but she would love to get the experience.

<p>Tam's a friendly individual with a weakness of helping the helpless. It's part of the reason why she wants her studio badly. That, and she can't not help someone if they needed it. She's your average, everyday teenager who likes to go out and hang with friends and shopping...only with a body guard. Her father is extremely protective. So much that she's hardly ever gone to downtown Gotham. Her schools were private and were in wealthy, safe neighborhoods. Her friends were stuck up preps who were helpless without their parents' money. Tam hates this. She wants to move out and into Gotham's downtown so she can taste life at last.

<p> As far as <b>friends</b> go, she'll have a lot. With riches comes people who want to be your friend. But does she have any real friends? A few. Tim Drake is her closest, real friend currently and she would like to have more. She's the fun-loving, risk-taking girl who loves action and is not afraid of getting a little dirty either.

<p>Tam will have her fair share of <b>enemies.</b> They aren't personal enemies because Tam tries her best to get along with everyone. They're more of people who want to get back at her father and use her as his weakness sort of thing.

<p><b>Lovers</b> will come and go. She's a beautiful woman, so of course the men would be attracted to her. She's had a few lovers in her past, but nothing too serious. They all ended badly, so she's basically on the brink of giving up on love itself. She just needs a man by her side to prove that there are good people out there who don't want to break her heart. </div>

Tim’s cautious by nature and doubts whether he can have a ‘normal relationship’ as he’s had them before and they’ve never worked out. Point is: don’t expect Tim to be putting on the moves unless he’s put into a corner. He’ll probably be checking in on Tam a fair bit, worried about the state of her and her dance studio, so expect to see Tim hovering about the place – in his Red Robin uniform or no. </div>

Charlie tends to be everyone's (annoying) little sister, trying to impress the older girls and tagging along with the cool crowd. I love the idea of them running the FCC or even other fansites (because Charlie not being on Huntress, Batgirl, Black Canary and BOP sites is simply not plausible). <p>
Also, with Tam's wild side, I totally see her talking Charlie into going to dangerous places with her "to keep her safe." Because Charlie would want to tell Babs that Tams is getting herself into trouble, but if Charlie's with her and it's their little secret...it would be their special thing, and Charlie would love that.

Tam needs more high school friends to chill out with. I can see her looking out for Charlie for Babs' sake, and they have indeed become close friends. I don't think Tam would view Charlie as an annoying little sister; just someone who needs to more lovin'! Haha, I can sorta see that, but then again, Tam can be responsible when the time calls for it. Charlie's younger than the last Charlie, so that will mean that Tam wouldn't take her to absolute dangerous places or involve her in those situations. Given, she's not underestimating Charlie's abilities; it's just that she doesn't want her 'baby sis' to get hurt is all. She loves her lots. </div>

Mainly the younger generation of them though, he's just got a soft spot for it because of him being kicked out of his own home as a kid. I can definitely see him stopping to help her if she's helping some one out. Hell, she might even see a little bit of the REAL Ryan Raylans...not one of his personas!!! -gasp!-<p>Tommy Dolan: He's a cop in GCPD, and a grumpy little profiler but he'd probably get along with her okay if he met her. She might remind him of his own daughter in Georgia that keeps wanting to come up to visit him or go to College in Gotham. I'm not really sure how they might meet off the top of my head ;) <p>Americe Phoenix: Help the homeless! Help the homeless and helpless! Americe basically is just that. Helpless, she basically escaped from being poked and prodded by a doctor who didn't quite understand what a meta was and the damage Americe's powers can do. (Basically her powers are sorta like Rogue from X-men but she can only use the other meta's powers until contact is broken and then she gets a little mental personality nugget that grows into another personality...so she's got FOUR alternate personalities!) Which....lol...I oddly thing Tam would also get along with Clara and Dorchester two of the personalities! </div>

Ryan: Woot! It's just like Tam getting to know the real person because she's just that easy to talk to. She doesn't judge others because, well, who is she to judge? She has a butt-load of her own problems to deal with. She'll cling to Ryan like the rest of her buddies because she's just that friendly and will be more than happy to accept his help. Maybe she could help him out with a thing or two herself.

Tommy: Tam will befriend Tommy regardless. She'll be thrilled that she reminds him of his daughter. She might even take on calling him 'Pops' for kicks and giggles. Hmm, I'm thinking since Tam's a natural damsel in distress she could be mugged and while Tommy is off-duty he just so happens to see the mugging and help her out?

Americe: She gets along with anyone and everyone. (at least she tries to) so bring them all on! She'll be more than happy to help out the homeless and the helpless, and if Americe falls under both categories, considered herself helped.
