Welcome to the most exciting part of the board: the application. It's all quite simple, really.

The first posted application is exclusive for Extras. We request you fill it out accordingly and post it in this forum.

The second posted application is for the following: Government, Military, Scientists, and Civilians. We request you fill it out accordingly and post it in this forum.

For non-extras who eventually become Extras, we ask that you take your old information, paste it into the Extra-Exclusive template, then post that into your original post. Easy peasy.

As for the code, you may notice that your text stretches past the box it's contained in in the Likes and Dislikes section: this can be simple by finding

.... and making the larger number. Remember to keep the number the same for both Likes and Dislikes, to maintain maximum prettiness.
