Question on character stuff

I'm planning to create two other characters and they are both twins. Now one of the twins is the goody good side of the coin and is the best friend of my present character, Logan. The other twin would be the 'evil' corrupt brother. Thing is, both brothers don't know they are brothers. They are kind of separated from birth because of a case of baby swapping. Thing is, I planned for the evil brother to have Intuitive Aptitude. I know you have a guy with a variation of Intuitive Aptitude and I want to ask if my character can use the original ability itself. By original I mean Sylar's version itself. With the opening of heads and everything.
It's for character development, character plot and stuff for my three characters as they are connected in some way. Two Intuitive Aptitude characters on the lose would also prove to be interesting that it would lead up to the government being involved and start our very own Fugitives. But that's just me. So is it possible for my character to have IA too?

Hey there!
Your idea sounds really good, and I want to see it put into action! The only things I would mention are that we already have our evil guy, Rayls, who has Intuitive Aptitude and we wouldn't want two murdering people on the site. Something I would suggest would be to have your guy with IA as a good guy, who can't help cutting people's heads off, and we're not allowed to kill other characters on this website, unless someone agrees to their character being sacrificied. Also, as another point, I would ask someone else on this site to play the twins, so that you don't end up roleplaying yourself, which I have done in the past and it isn't the best thing.

Actually I'm going to NPC characters who will be the victims of my bad twin. And there's no need to have someone else the other twin. hahaha. I've Rped already as twins and it was quite an experience. Besides these two are separated from birth. They don't know they are twins and they'll not be meeting as early as you think. They'll only meet let's say in something wherein heroes and villains are in the heat of the action.

Two guys with IA though would confuse characters around here. Like is Sylar still on the lose? Are there three Sylars? It's a bit like that. So would that work? I mean they wouldn't be interesting twins if they aren't opposite sides of the coin. One would have to be as 'good' as Peter and the other to be as evil and insane as Heath Ledger's Joker to make things lovely. hahaha

Anyways, I would make the character in the future when let's say when Ralys' isn't much of a threat anymore. Like he became a temporary good guy of some sort. That's the time when my evil twin comes to life. I'll be creating the good twin for now, but I'm just asking if I could have the bad twin later on in the rp?
