Appearance: Ce'rel has nothing against combs, he just doesn't like to use them. He does his best to look prim and proper, but with his current attitude, it's a bit hard. He has a soft, round face, making him look younger than he truly is. His hair is a sandy brown, falling in a slight mess around his face and just barely reaching his shoulders. Ce'rel's eyes are dark brown, in contrast with his hair color, and his skin is tanned to an almost perfection. His expression is usually one that shows pure joy, much like a little child.

His clothes are the standard type--a light tunic of a brown shade, and off-white pants that seem too large for him. He does like the way they flow around his ankles though. They're not too stiff that he constantly tugs at them, but they aren't so loose that a slight movement would cause him to pants himself. His shoulder knot is non-existent if he can help it. Ce'rel would prefer to look like a member of the weyr, than a high-ranking person. It doesn't help though, that everyone's already gotten a view of his weyrleader appearance, and can recognize his unruly hair and looks.

Personality: A happy-go-lucky, carefree man, Ce'rel certainly doesn't seem the type to be fit for leading a weyr, but he can be strict when needed be. He takes most news with a light heart, often joking around with even the most tragic reports. This may make him seem indifferent to all, and a bit rude at laughing, but his reasoning is that he needs to act in a way that doesn't cause the weyr to fall apart like a rock slide. If the weyr were to see Ce'rel break down from a little bad news, it would affect the weyr in turn. In that way, he is a bit of a natural-born leader.

Ce'rel has a "commanding presense." He lights up a room, so to speak, with his jester-like attitude. He isn't even a tall guy, but there is something about him that makes other want to pay attention to the young weyrleader, which is good. Ce'rel is ever self-aware, always worrying about what others think of him, and how he looks and acts in the minds of others. Filling in with this is an overwhelming sense of responsiblity, and not just from weyrleader status. Ce'rel feel in charge of the well-being of most everyone he knows. As such, he makes for a great leader when it comes to taking care of the weyrfolk and the weyr itself.

History: Ce'rel is the second Weyrleader of Five Stone Weyr. His dragon, Cradeth, was the one to fly the first Weyrwoman's gold after the previous weyrleader passed away. Ce'rel has been weyrleader for five Turns, and when the first weyrwoman retired two Turns ago, Ce'rel's dragon Cradeth flew the new gold, Nalith, of Alyssa.

His past, remains a small mystery. He is not from this weyr originally, and thus no one here know much about his life as a weyrbrat. However, he was transferred here from Telgar Weyr, in an effort to expand Five Stone Weyr. He Impressed to the bronze Cradeth when he was of thirteen Turns of age. Ce'rel was just as surprised as his friend when he realized that the young bronze hatchling was commanding his attention. He transferred to Five Stone Weyr twelve Turns ago, when Cradeth was four Turns old.
