If by advert you mean a copy/paste description of the weyr, then yes we do. Somewhere. I'll have to go find it in the admin forum, but I know we have one.

Same with my T'lar. Should we place them in the Weyrleaders Weyr (Mistrath may try and kill Weyrleader and dragon, just a small warning) or is it possible to create out own?

So you can name one yourself and possibly lead it!  but if you want to be in Burningtalon please also post in that thread! |

Well first I would read the rules and then possibly look at the character creation guide so you can be on your way to create your very own character to Role-Play with in our lovely world of Pern.
