Weyr Bowl The Weyr Bowl is a gaint hole carved into the mountains of Five Stone Weyr. Surrounding it on three-fourths of the sides are huge mountain peaks and overhangs. The remaining side had a ledge leading to a long vertical drop to ground zero. A winding trail leads down the mountains from here; a perfect, but dangerous, route for those on fot, runnerbeast, or wheels. |

Personal weyrs A second main tunnel from the Weyr Bowl leads to a hallway network of rooms for the various inhabitants of the weyr. These are generally large enough for two, with smaller weyrs availible. Glowbaskets can be found in the hallways and rooms, providing a light during the nighttime. Riders' weyrs, Candidates' Barracks, and Weyrlings' Barracks are also in this forum. |

Hatching Sands These blazing sands are where the clutches of the Gold Queen dragon’s eggs harden. The sand is hot underfoot, burning through even the thickest pair of boots. Massive enough to accommodate two to three golds, the hatching sands are ready for even the largest clutches. |

Kitchens From the kitchens comes the smell of sweet bubbly pies, bitter klah, and tempting meat rolls. Debatedly the warmest place in the weyr, next to the Hatching Sands, the kitchens are a soothing sanctuary during the cold seasons. |

Herdbeast Corral Herdbeasts and Runnerbeasts graze here in the open corrals. A great place to ride around or even push over a few herdbeast if you're daring enough. Dragons also feed here but not on someone's runnerbeast. On colder days and during Thread falls, herdbeast are stored in the rock outcove. |

Lake Vespers In the center of the Weyr Bowl, and the center of the Weyr in general, lies a crystal clear lake. This lake is especially nice in the evenings, when the fading sunlight glints off the surface, and the moon is just starting to reflect in the water. The lake is usually freezing cold though, providing a great place to pull dunking pranks. It is also a favorite among young lovers. |

Sky above the Weyr The chilly air above the mountains of the weyr is perfect for leisurely glides around. The higher a dragon gets, the thinner, and more turbulent, the sir gets. Both serious riders and thrill-seeking daredevils find these skies perfect. Mating Flights for dragons and firelizards take place here. |
