If there is one thing I'm strict at, it's role playing.

RULES:

1) Please, this is open to only serious RPers. No making it so everything will end up all right at the end. Bad things will happen, so get use to it. Also, no posting like such:

2) No doing it where when you post you only write down what the character says. And don't expect everyone else to do the work. You should be imaginative enough to make up your own problems, and help the other people in their problems that they make.

3) I want people who really know how to RP to be in this. I want the speaking quotation marks (" ") and the descriptions of everything needed. So, basically, it is as if you're writing in a story format. (SEE BELOW)

4) Script format is allowed on occasion, but you must ask the ADMIN or a mod of the section if it's all right. (SEE BELOW)

5) Please, if choosing another color, make it something that won't hurt people's eyes when reading it.

6) Each post from a character must be at least a paragraph long, unless there is a good really exception.

7) Please reread each of your posts before posting them, as we don't want to confuse readers of you're bad grammer, if you have bad grammer in the first place.

8) Only three characters are allowed to be played within each RPG threads. Original Characters are only allowed. And be prepared for heart breakers and heart-breaking.

9) If it is a canon only RPG, then only original characters from that show may come into play. Claiming canon characters is first come, first serves.

10) In any given RPG where OCs and canons are together, canons are open for everyone to play. There should be no starting topics where your OC and a canon character are already in a relationship other then friend wise. If you claim a canon character because you will not play an OC, then only you may play that canon character, along with any untaken canons under 3 roles.

11) Character Bio's scripts:

12) Your first response in all RPGs must be your character sheet

13) Please place the topic as the name of the RP, and the topic description as in the Anime or Game you use, or if it's an original.
example:
Topic: A Lord's Tale
Topic Decription: And Inuyasha RP

14) In the General RPG section, only put Crossover RPGs and RPGs not relating to Animes or Video Games. This means that unless it's a crossover story, there should be only OCs in every topic.

Why is that not allowed? Well, for one, the punctuation isn't seperated from the next sentences. Second, that is SCRIPT format, something I detest.

Posting Example 2:

Character1 was riding across the top of the tomb as it began to collapse h tried to outrun it

"so this must be the tomb hmm maybe later when i aint been sucked into oblivion"

Character1 sped up only the front wheel was on the sand he couldn't speed up

It should be obvious why I dislike this posting. There is no puncuation, so it's hard to see where two sentences come together. The only thing capitalized is the person's character's name, and not to mention it should have been double checked for spelling mistakes at the least.

These things are all subject to change. If you do post in Script format, then pm me with an example of how you would use it.

Now, also, about rule #10. The reason that no one is allowed to have a relationship with a canon character (OC-wise) is because it is unfair to claim someone before everyone else, especially if you were the one to make the topic. The only way that you can have a relationship with a canon character is a) If the rp develops the relationship; B) It is a continuation of another rp; or c) If another person playing that canon decides to allow the relationship. However, no grabbing your friend and getting two account just so you can claim a guy.

So are we aloud to make two characters, one a girl and one a boy and have them fall in love?

Hm. I should have spoke of this more, I suppose.

Having a brother and sister would count as two characters.

Making two OCs that fall in love, regardless of gender, are fine, since those are your characters. Those two OCs would also be counted as two character.

As soon as you want! Post your character sheet in EVERY rp you make. I DON'T want you just listing it once and expecting people to have to find your character. It's better if it's just THERE, ready to go to by scrolling.
