The Lobby When you enter into the building, it's just a comfortable place that's open to the public. There is always staff around to make sure there's nothing going on that could be out of the ordinary. All building affairs are handled down here as well. |

The Penthouse Not only a home, but also the location of more than one events during the year, the Penthouse is the crowning jewel of the building and where most of its residents meet and congregate at various times. |

The Roof The building has a vast garden system on the top to increase it's green potential. Residents can buy plots for their own use - it's also a good place to go to get some privacy. |

Maria's The nice Italian restaurant that's a neighborhood favorite, but otherwise unknown. It's kind of a well kept secret that people who have been there try to keep so they don't have to start making reservations. Most people who go are regulars, or a regular takes them. |

The Mile Park One of the pretty places to go nearby, the park is a favorite. Separated into a few parts, the park is rather large for it's location. There is a dog park, a green, and a children's area that has a basketball court attached. |

Whole Foods Market The grocery store closest to the building. A full grocery store, most occupants of the building won't have a problem finding anything they need here. |

Dunkin Donuts For those with a less accommodating pocket, Dunkin Donuts provides a cheaper alternative to the Starbucks down on the other corner. The balance of residents keeps both in business, so there's not too much of a problem - but the employees will glare at you if you bring in a Starbucks coffee while ordering a bagel or a donut! |

The Crown Diner Your typical New York City diner with the best cheesecake within a mile's radius! Open for basically 24 hours a day and with breakfast whenever you want, who doesn't love the Crown? |

Hong Kong Chinese Food The Chinese place. It looks a little greasy, but you can't find better, cheap Chinese food anywhere. There's a moderately nice sit down area, but they also do take out/delivery. It's not a far walk from the building, and they give Middleton Heights residents a discount if they pick up their own orders. |

Silver Bells and Cockle Shells Mary, the owner of this flower shop, has been on the street for nearly thirty years. Most people know her and her goods and buy from her when/if they ever need flowers. It's a small shop, but filled with beautiful flowers with prices that can't be beat. |
