The wind had begun to pick up as Ulrik began to walk the streets, but he neither noticed nor cared as his coat began to blow about his waist. Alot had changed since Kasimir's death and non for the better. Each day Rik found himself growing ever closer to his end. He just couldn't find his purpose on this earth without his sire to give him direction. He just couldn't find the right way to end it all. There was no one he trusted to kill him peacefully without causing him endless pain. He'd almost begged for his maker to end him during his dying moments but of course Kas had denied him and made him promise to live out his live as he'd intended him to.
He came to a stop in the middle of the street, stretching his arms out either side of him. He'd come to Boston for a reason, he'd heard the stories from Kasimir himself but he still didn't know exactly why he was here. They had their coven but he'd never been apart of one, he just wasn't a people person. It had always been him and Kas against the world. Now he was alone.
Silently he turned his head to the skies and took a deep breath, inhaling the fresh nights sky. It wasn't until he smelt the familiar scent of human blood that his mind snapped out of it's sorry state to zone in on the smell.
"Lounas." He said simply against the wind as he slowly tilted his head to one side. He shouldn't feed straight from the source it went against Kasimir's dying wishes but if he was to go seek out the Queen he needed his strength to get passed her guard. If they did indeed to try to stop him.
Without a seconds thought he was off following the scent to an alleyway to find a dying woman lying on the floor. His eyes grazed her unconscious form briefly before scooping her into his arms to get better leverage of his neck. Once he had his grip he tucked in, not wanting to waste anymore time or blood than was necessary.
Sometime later Ulrik found himself coming to a stop outside a cathedral, the air thick with the scent of those of his kind, It was then that he knew he'd come to the right place. He'd been told there was only one main coven residing here in Boston and it was their Queen that he seeked. She was old, powerful and just what Rik needed to get his life back on track again. If she wouldn't help him then she certainly had the power to end him, he had nothing to lose. One way or another tonight he was going to get what he wanted.
Before the guards could come out and stop him he forced his way through the front doors and raised his hands in surrender.
"I seek an audience with the Queen." He said loud enough for his voice to carry through all the rooms. If anyone tried to stop him he'd just throw them off until they finally stopped him. He hadn't come all this way to fail.
