DECK H: CIVILIAN QUARTERS Rooms for all civilian/non-officer passengers are located here, with larger quarters assigned to families. DECKS M THRU U: ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS The rest of the ship is almost entirely dominated by systems and facilities to keep this massive, mobile city flying and operational.
