DECK A: COMMAND CENTER The nerve center of the whole ship, this level is almost entirely comprised of a command center staffed continuously by senior officers. In case of emergency, blast doors can seal off this level entirely.

DECK B: ADMINISTRATION Offices for the Captain, First Officer, and other command staff (including the department heads) are located here, as are several briefing rooms.

DECK C: OFFICER QUARTERS Quarters for all officers are located on this deck, with size increasing alongside rank and grade.

DECKS D THRU F: MEDICAL AND SCIENCE Computer and science labs, an arboretum, the ship counselor's office, a full medical center with operating theaters, an ICU, and convalescent rooms are all located here.

DECK G: SECURITY The brig, security controls to lock down the ship, weapons lockers, a firing range, and ships weapons and damage control systems are all located here.

DECK H: CIVILIAN QUARTERS Rooms for all civilian/non-officer passengers are located here, with larger quarters assigned to families. Apartments can also be individually climate-controlled not only in terms of temperature but also atmosphere to suit the needs of any non-human lifeforms encountered and brought on board.

DECKS I THRU L: RECREATION Gyms, restaurants, bars and lounges, shops and markets, a library, several swimming pools, a sprawling botanical garden, and other diversions are all located on these decks dedicated to recreational facilities for crew and civilians alike.

DECKS M THRU U: ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS The rest of the ship is almost entirely dominated by systems and facilities to keep this massive, mobile city flying and operational. The main power core and engineering offices as well as environmental control systems, cargo and loading bays, hangar decks for smaller ships, and a secondary control center in case Deck A is ever compromised are all located here.
