Living in an Ancient Greek legend means, believe it or not, that you can still roleplay in the afterlife. You must journey into the Underworld through the Gates of Hades -if you have a gold coin with which to pay the boat man- then find your place in one of the three parts of Pluto's realm.
The evil are sent to Tartarus to be punished, the painstakingly good to the Elysian Fields to rest, and the ordinary to the Asphodel fields to wander around as 'shadows' of their former selves. A mortal can be given the chance to live again as a reborn child (earning a place in the Elysian fields three times will allow you to go the Isles of the Blessed and never leave), but asking to be actually brought back to your former life after death is a complicated process. You must journey to Pluto's court and ask his permission- he will more than likely ask you to carry out a task for him to prove your worth. Having a higher God on your side is always a good idea when caught in this type of situation. You cannot kill a character without the owner's permission- however, if a mortal character dares to come near Olympus without an invitation, they will be inevitably struck by Zeus or one of the other Gods and killed. |
