The Pythias
The Pythias are Apollo's Priestesses, onto which he passes his own wisdom in times of need. To have your character consult one for advice, just start a new RP thread with (Oracle Needed) somewhere in the title; one will soon answer you. This answer may be cryptic; it really depends on Apollo's mood at the time.
