APPEARANCE: Severus is a pale young boy, with long black hair that reaches his shoulders, he has black eyes and is about 6'2, weighs around 200. He is mstly dressed in slytherin robes, while out of school he is clothed of randomly chosen outfits. he likes to keep his looks dark and wears as much black as possible. From his looks someone would think of him as intimidating, add to it the same look in his eyes that showed strength. Severus generally looks evil, creepy and cold. While at school he gets back to a normal looking boy, just as much as the others.
PERSONA: Severus is somehow an independent guy, he keeps to himself mostly and only opens up to his own house mates and Lily Evans who was the only exception. Even though he tries hard to look tough, he is somehow different on the inside, he still is sweet, nice and caring. he even fell in love with Lily Evans, someone who was probably different from him, or at least that is how others saw it to be. He tends to be alone, and share his secrets with no one, he finds pleasure in potions, since he had a god given talent at it, he seems to forget everything while at it. he lets go of all his surroundings and all his past. Being free for a little while before having to face reality again. Lily Evans is considered a very important factor in Severus's personality building, he started having second thoughts about wanting to become a death eater and gave up the mean creepy attitude, she basically turned him into another human being.
POSITIVE TRAITS: careful and always pays attention. Serious about his schooling. Plans everything before doing it. Nice and peaceful...sometimes
NEGATIVE TRAITS: loner when angry, he loses all restraint. Scary. Mostly silent,
ENJOYS: Potions. Dark arts. Research, creating spells , that is. taking the Slytherin pride a little too far. Voldemort and all his cause.
LOATHES: Muggle borns, except lily James Potter Gryffindor in general Quidditch. Divination
HABITS OR QUIRKS: Takes a Stamina inducing Elixir with his coffee every morning. Lurks outside the gryffindor common room once every two days.

HISTORY: Severus was born in January 1960, he was the son of a witch and a muggle, they lived in the Muggle dwelling of Spinner's End, which was actually in close proximity to the home of the Evans family. He met Lily and Petunia Evans when he was nine, and fell deeply in love with Lily. He was the ifrst to tell her she was a witch, which of course was established after a lot of examinations, in other words, watching her day after day from behind a bush until the day she practically flew, and Severus couldn't help but to jump out and tell her the truth. That truth caused Lily's sister Petunia to run off, and avoiding both Lily and Severus since she was thinking they both were freaks. Sev couldn't complain, he was having more time with Lily and they became best friends, even though they were so materially different, deep inside they were just the same. Sure, they came from different worlds. Severus lived in a world of poverty, but he knew about Hogwarts and the magical world, while Lily lived the normal muggle life. It was clear to the eye they had much to share with each other, she gave him the kindness and love he needed, and he gave her the same, plus a desire for the magical world that awaited them. Days passed, Sev and Lily were on the Hogwarts express, for the first day of their journey. A day interrupted by a little bunch of troublemakers that were later known as the marauders. A name Severus saw fit to them, for as they got older, the marauders stole Lily away. it was almost their fifth year. Lily apparently made sure to avoid Severus as much as possible, though he got to spend a few moments together over the years. he could tell that the company of James Potter and his friends started to affect her, started to steal her away. Soon enough , Lily forgot all about Severus, but he didn't, and it hurt him so bad that he couldn't tell her about the love he had in his heart for her. The way James and his group were treating him, began to cost him respect in her eyes. So he made a decision as the whispers about the dark lord started to fill hogsmeade, then hogwarts, then the world. A little later, he heard that one of Lily's friends, lost her parents, killed by voldemort, he was sure that Lily would have heard about him wishing to join the death eater ranks. And she was going to hate him. Another regular day, Severus was holding his potions book, making his notes on the edges, when James potter came back for another round of his ridiculous humor. For the first time, Severus was going to defend himself, but Potter was fast, before he knew it, he was in the air, being mocked by everyone. Out of nowhere, Lily jumped to his rescue, and then...he said it, he called Potter a "Mudblood" But instead, Lily got mad at him. He begged her to forgive him, he swore to never call anybody something like that again, that he loved her, that she meant the world to him. But she used the opportunity to push him away,and grow close to Potter. Severus swore, that he would pay, because of him , he lost Lily for good. Now that he had no reason to be good at all, Severus proceeded with his plan to join the mighty army of he who must not be named, the dark lord. He swore to be his finest and first lieutenant. Severus grew closer to his slytherin friends who shared his dream and slowly got introduced to actual death eaters who tought him to defend himself from potter and his gang. he couldn't join them yet, he had to finish school first, and it was taking forever, with Potter..and Lily.

Severus failed, he failed Lily , and now. He sighed. It was late in the night when he'd decided to take a walk. It was raining, horribly. But he wasn't going to let it bother him. He didn't really get sick, that he could remember, . So he didn't worry about it. He just needed to think, to be out of class for a bit. He'd been working practically non-stop for the past few nights and he just needed an hour or so to himself. Usually, it was how he dealt with things. Bury them under so that he didn't have time to think about them, didn't have time to get angry. If he worked long enough, eventually he forgot why it was important, he forgot everything other than why he was doing what he was doing. It made life simpler. But it seemed that the things on his mind weren't as easy to get rid of as the his thoughts usually were. They were gone, in the moment , when he was caught up in the magic that made him so good at his potions. But the second the magic was over, the second , he was back to thinking. He didn't want to think. But, as it seemed he had no choice, better to think when he wasn't around people, better to think without the added pressure of knowing that people were nearby. No emotion was a good emotion, . The stronger the emotion was, the harder it was to hold back what was natural for him. He had a feeling that all this thinking was going to make him forget about his potions, but he knew that if something happened, for whatever reason... he'd rather be alone, right now. What with the rain, he didn't foresee running into anyone that would be affected by his presence He was about to head back to potions class, ready to go back to his work. There was nothing else he could do. He'd decided that. All he could do was wait until he stopped thinking about it, there was no resolving to be had. He just needed time. That was the only solution he could come to. Time. And then, he saw a figure, through the window. It was her, Lily Evans, in the charms classroom with someone, it was n't clear who it was, and Severus didn't really care, he was blown away with how she smiled, laughed and even moved. Slowly the person with her moved to the next window, and there he was, James Potter. At the same time Sev saw him, the smile fainted away, and at that exact moment, Lily looked his way, seeing him wet in the rain, she slowly waved and said something, though he couldn't hear her, Sev was sure she said "wait", but it wasn't something he had in mind, he turned and slowly started walking to the gates, entering the Entrance hall, and she caught up with him, calling his name while running down the stairs, but he didn't stop, he kept going down to the Dungeons, ignoring the feeling that her voice sent in him, the urge to turn back and hold her. Soon, he was too far away to hear her calling, it was too late. She turned on him, many times, just like others, and she dared to pretend she was different. No, she was different. Maybe it was his fault, maybe he's the one that changed. Who knows ? [/*quote]

---&& Everything seems fine, but there’s one small problem; Meph is currently using Ben Barnes as Sirius Black, so unfortunately you’ll have to find another play by. The only other thing I can point out is that his appearance & persona are just a little lacking, but it’s no big deal. The PB is probably going to be the toughest for you to figure out, but if you need any help, just ask in the cbox. People here are pretty friendly and will probably make a suggestion or two. =)<br>
